Beautiful 4 bedroom home (sleeps 10 comfortably), 1.5 Bath with additional private shower room. Driveway for 4 vehicles, plus parking in front of property, combination laundry (no coin) / game room, living room, sunroom, and a large kitchen. Have to check out panoramic views from the master bedroom. Amenities include pillows, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, TV, window A/C in living room, * A/C units in all four bedrooms as well, microwave, coffee maker, and gas grill. Great house and great location with a quick walk to the beach. Plenty of space to accommodate our large group. Beds were some of the most comfortable beds for a rental with lots of pillows offering 4-6 pillows per bed. The additional shower room which is accessed from the outside although a little dark was a great way to rinse after a day at the beach. Would definitely reserve this house again.

Great place to stay with family and friends!

We had a great time! Locations was perfect and it was short walk to downtown and beach! Only wished they had air conditioning in the bedrooms as it was really hot at night!

Thank you and much input appreciated, however the cost of this rental definitely reflects the( No A/C in bedrooms. Air conditioning sure helps during a heat wave. . Management will address this concern for next season.

Old Orchard Family get away

The house was roomy enough for all, located close enough to the beach to walk, the weather was wonderful and close enough to walk to the pier, fireworks on Thursday night, and dinner at Joseph by Sea was wonderful!! Everyone enjoyed the trip.

Fun at Old Orchard Beach

Large home that is an easy and short walk to the beach. Lots of sleeping space and a large kitchen with a table that everyone can sit around for dinner or for games (also provided). There were also boogie boards and chairs for our use. We had a great time, had lots of space and were able to eat in with the grill and stove. Lots of options for eating out as well, as this was an easy walk to the pier and beyond.

The place was very nice, clean, and spacious. The location was great only a short walk to beach

Had a great time and the place was very nice. Only thing I did not like was having to haul all of the stinking trash in my car to the dump. Garbage cans are outside and the garbage truck did come down the street, so not sure why I had to haul the garbage in my car and not just put it out for trash collection.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen with its big round table was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are good size ( bring roomdarkers as the sun shines through the master bedroom upstairs ) it was clean and there is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room the kitchen cools if you keep the porch door closed. You need bed sheets and there are a total of 6 beds queen sheets will fit all.Close proximity to beach and downtown Palace playland pirates cove for mini golf ..1 wish… a king size bed 😊

Good place. Good area close to the beach not too far of a walk from the beach. Would be better with a dishwasher as it’s hard to constantly clean dishes with a big group of people. Wi-Fi wasn’t the greatest and tv was a bit choppy. Would like to have another tv somewhere like in a bedroom. Parking definitely not for four cars not even three but plenty of street parking Overall was a good time

Great Location - Dirty House

The location is nice and 3 blocks from the beach. There is plenty of room for a large family. Check in was fine and was opened a couple hours early for us. Pictures show bedspreads and we arrived to find plastic covered mattresses with pillows only. You must bring ALL linens including blankets. That should be clarified in the description. Day 2 we noticed ants all over one of the beds. We moved the bed and behind it was food spilled which drew the ants. We cleaned it with a white towel and noticed the floor was filthy and had not been washed as the towel was black. I sent the owner pictures of the ants, the spilled food and the towel after wiping the floor. I then Called the owner to discuss and was told he didnt move the bed to clean the floor because the floor was scratched (?) and the food must have been from college students. (I also texted and emailed but only got a response when I called) Kitchen floor was just as dirty and had been swept but not washed and same with outdoor patio furniture. I explained this to the owner and asked for 1 night to be refunded and was offered $45. Not acceptable as the home should have been cleaned. We had no choice but to stay because it was paid for but f you found that in a hotel, most people would leave or change rooms. In my conversation with the owner, I was told that he asked me several times how things were and I held this all until the end which is not true. I advised of the issue when it happened and think 1 night stay would have been an appropriate adjustment to make this right. I would only recommend staying here if they hire a professional to clean per the CDC guidelines.

Property owners beware of this scam and con artist. She got two ants from outside and planted on a bed and said she had bugs in the house. This house has absolutely no bugs or ants and was professionally cleaned and sanitized. Do not rent to this con artist.

A quelques pas de la plage

Très belle propriété, propre et spacieuse. Nous étions 7 adultes et 3 enfants et il y avait de la place pour tout le monde. Seul bémol est qu’il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour et il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans les chambre du haut. Un peu chaud pour dormir, mais tout le reste était parfait.

Bien, mais draps, linges à vaisselle et savon à vaisselle et à linge non inclus. Il faut laver les serviettes mais le savon n’est pas inclus. Comme le camion à vidanges passe le jeudi, nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi il fallait aller porter les déchets au dépotoir.

Very Comfortable

The house was very clean and roomy. Beds very comfortable and linens very clean. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and not far to the center of town to the pier. John was very responsive and stopped by immediately when we had a question. Would rent again!

Awesome location and lots of space

We had a wonderful stay. We had not been to Old Orchard Beach before, but this house was perfect. There was so much room, and with 3 teenagers that is not easily done. Everyone was able to have their own space. John and Vicky were so responsive of all our questions. They gave suggestions on places to eat. The house was right by the beach and the pier. We were able to send the teenagers off for ice cream and the carnival rides. Once we arrived, We did not need to drive anywhere!! Can’t wait to go back next year!!

First time in Old Orchard Beach

The house was exactly what the owner describe a quaint beach house. There was plenty of room for all of us (5 adults & 4 children). We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the screened in porch and there's a small patio outside. The beach is a few blocks away and you could walk to Old Orchard Beach. The beach was amazing and filled with lots of friendly families. We would go back.
