Summer Place II at Pine Point is newly built 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths that sleeps 12 very comfortably. 1st floor has a large open room with all walls and ceiling finished with nautical shiplap wood, a beautiful gas fireplace, open to a screen porch, all overlooking the water..... Tastfully decorated thru out with two master bedroom suite, one with a open deck, great for morning coffee or sunbathing, and en suite bath with whirlpool tub, the other master with an en suite bath that has body jets in the walk in shower. Both have tremendous water, marsh, boats, and sunset views....Central air thru out, 5 T.V., quality beds and linens, large yard with wood burning fire pit surrounded with adirondack chairs, gas grills and tables overlooking the water... Just two blocks to a great sandy 7 mile beach, walk to several restaurants and lobster pound.....Pickleball courts near by, ask me for a net..Easy access into Portland (12 miles) or catch the trolley to Old Orchard and the Pier....... COME STAY WITH US THIS SUMMER AND MAKE YOUR SUMMER PLACE MENORIES.....

The house is big and roomy and nicely located by the marsh and an easy walk to the ocean. It was fun a November but would be spectacular in the summer

Plenty of space for our group of 9 to sleep and live comfortably together and take time apart if needed. :) Location was excellent, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and pubs and restaurants were even closer. And you can't beat the view of the sunset every night over the marsh!

Location was excellent. Beach and many great restaurants located within walking distance. Salt marsh views were beautiful. Property needs some minor maintenance, however communication with host was prompt. Many amenities included with this property.

We had a great time and enjoyed the stay. Property has great views and easy walks to beaches and restaurants. We were able to have meals in as needed comfortably and enjoyed backyard fire pit in evenings. Appreciate the opportunity and hope to return soon.

The views of the marshland and sunsets are stunning and the 3 minute walk to the beach (and to local restaurants) made this trip effortless and completely relaxing. Internet was a tad wonky, but otherwise our stay was flawless.

Beautiful inside and out

Very clean, easy to get to, beautiful views. Could use an electric tea kettle as there is only an induction hot plate type burner. Also, we stayed in the winter and the driveway was not plowed at the road and lots of ice build up at the entry.

Pine Point Beach House Rocks !

The house and location are perfect! I had my family here for my son's wedding . There was plenty to do with beach's and restaurant's close by that you can walk to. The house was spacious and clean. The views are spectacular from the back yard and deck. We will be back next summer for sure. I highly recommend this property

Pine Point has 7 miles of sandy beach and is located only 15 minutes from Portland which has great restaurants, bars, and shopping in Historic Old Port, art museums, and the Red Sox minor league baseball team called The Seadogs, outlet shopping can be found in Freeport, home of L.L.Bean only 25 minutes away. Just a few miles away, family fun can be had at several amusement parks: Splashtown, Funtown, and O.O.B with its fireworks on the beach every Thursday night, amusement rides for the kids, and nightlife for the adults. Pine Point has easy access to all other southern spot you might want to visit.

Other activities near by: golfing, stock car racing, horse racing, whale watching, deep sea fishing, fishing, miniature golf, kayaking, bird watching, canoeing, biking on the beach
