Summer Place is an exciting newly renovated beach house that brings the old and new together with 9'6" high bead board ceiling, newly stain hardwood floors with some old driftwood flooring, stain glass, key west style window shutters, river rock stone gas fireplace, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated, quality beds and linens, central air, deck with gas fire pit and wood burning fire pit for those roasting marsh mellow nights, T.V. in every bedrooms, covered parking, Water/ marsh views from several different rooms, all situated in a great location only two short blocks to a 7 mile long sandy beach, close by you can walk to several restaurant and a lobster pound. PICKLEBALL COURTS NEAR BY, ask me for a net.... ....Easy access into Portland ( 12 miles) or catch a trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the pier (2 miles).......
