Our beautiful passive-solar home sits on 2.4 acres, was custom built in 2022 and sits on a private road, nestled in the woods in Cape Elizabeth. From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the charm of Maine with thoughtful nautical touches and decor throughout. Large windows in every room fill the home with natural light from sunrise to sunset.

The home was designed to let you enjoy nature while staying cozy indoors. Relax inside while watching friendly wildlife pass by, including deer, birds, turkeys, squirrels, and chipmunks.

The living room features a fireplace and a comfortable leather sectional, and opens to the dining area and kitchen—creating a warm, inviting space to gather. TVs are located in the living room, the owner’s suite, and the basement.

You’ll be just a short drive, bike ride, or Uber away from the iconic Portland Head Light, as well as the restaurants and shops of Portland. Best of all, you’re close to the ocean and Maine’s beautiful sandy beaches. This home is an ideal retreat for adults looking to relax and unwind.

As this is the owner’s primary residence, the home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner will be staying in a separate home on the neighboring property (through the woods), so she will be nearby if you have any questions or need assistance, while you still enjoy complete privacy.

The garage can accommodate a small to medium-sized vehicle. During the summer months, the property is treated for ticks and mosquitoes to significantly reduce the bugs that can come with living in the woods. In the evenings, keep an eye out for fireflies or enjoy the peaceful sound of peepers from the nearby pond.
