All the amenities needed for a great, pleasing and comfortable vacation. Central air conditioning, gas stone fireplace, quality beds, sheets and linens, beautifully design and decorated, with chef's kitchen. Kitchen includes 2 sinks, 2 stove( one gas, one electric), 2 dishwashers, microwave, and is fully stocked. It opens to the dining area where there is seating for 16, all overlooking the fireplace and family room with views. Large 16x20 screen porch and open deck overlooking the marsh/water with beautiful sunsets. Outside fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Ist floor bedroom and bath for the elderly that doesn't want to climb stairs, and Ist and 2nd floor laundry's. Only two blocks to Pine Point Beach that runs 7 mile, or take the trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the famous pier and amusement area. Short walk to 4 restaurants or a short drive into a great foodie town of Portland with many James Beard ward chefs, Boston Red Sox Seadog baseball and Old Port shopping. We stayed at the wonderful property, and had great time with extended family, for a special birthday. Many comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Nice gathering areas with lots of seating.We stayed off season in November, so some seasonal cleaning and maintenance were needed, but it didn’t affect us too much. We were very pleased with the setting.

We enjoyed the open space on the first floor - Living room, dining room, and kitchen. It made it really easy for us to all relax & hang out together. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed walking on the beach which was a short walk away. Drew was kind enough to accommodate our request for both an early check-in and a late checkout.

Our family of 14 gathered for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. The two living rooms were great for satisfying the different tv viewing interests. The kitchen was equipped with two ovens and plenty of cookware to meet our needs for the holiday and the daily meals for a large family. The view of the marsh was beautiful each day and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Our host Drew was very receptive when we had an early issue with one of the TVs. It was quickly resolved with a new Roku and remote. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this house to a large family or group of friends.

Second Stay Success

This was my family’s second time staying at this property. We had another amazing week! I love that there are so many places on the property to go, especially if you need some quiet time away from a large group (rooftop deck, screen porch, private bedrooms (most with their own bathrooms), large yard, short walk to beach, etc.). We will absolutely be staying again.

Checkin was simple. Location is wonderful. Pine Point is absolutely amazing and it was early season so it was wonderful for the dogs. The house set up well for family of four and two grandparents. We had a few extra rooms. Only issues were that their were a couple of repairs that needed.

Long weekend at the beach

Enjoyed our stay at the condo near the beach. our water view was of the marsh, which was fine with us. Access to the ocean was just a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed. had a problem with the stove which our hosts took care of right away. there were four of us isnd the place accommodated us quite well and would be a great spot for a larger group that included children..

Great house for a bach party

A group of 12 friends had an amazing weekend together in the house. The beds were comfy and the common room was very spacious. Unfortunately it was rainy the whole weekend so we were not able to use the outdoor spaces, but they were beautiful as well. Kitchen was semi-stocked with oil/salt/pepper/tea left by previous guests. We ended up bringing our own coffee maker and coffee as we read that that wasn't provided.
