All the amenities needed for a great, pleasing and comfortable vacation. Central air conditioning, gas stone fireplace, quality beds, sheets and linens, beautifully design and decorated, with chef's kitchen. Kitchen includes 2 sinks, 2 stove( one gas, one electric), 2 dishwashers, microwave, and is fully stocked. It opens to the dining area where there is seating for 16, all overlooking the fireplace and family room with views. Large 16x20 screen porch and open deck overlooking the marsh/water with beautiful sunsets. Outside fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Ist floor bedroom and bath for the elderly that doesn't want to climb stairs, and Ist and 2nd floor laundry's. Only two blocks to Pine Point Beach that runs 7 mile, or take the trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the famous pier and amusement area. Short walk to 4 restaurants or a short drive into a great foodie town of Portland with many James Beard ward chefs, Boston Red Sox Seadog baseball and Old Port shopping.
