All the amenities needed for a great, pleasing and comfortable vacation. Central air conditioning, gas stone fireplace, quality beds, sheets and linens, beautifully design and decorated, with chef's kitchen. Kitchen includes 2 sinks, 2 stove( one gas, one electric), 2 dishwashers, microwave, and is fully stocked. It opens to the dining area where there is seating for 16, all overlooking the fireplace and family room with views. Large 16x20 screen porch and open deck overlooking the marsh/water with beautiful sunsets. Outside fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Ist floor bedroom and bath for the elderly that doesn't want to climb stairs, and Ist and 2nd floor laundry's. Only two blocks to Pine Point Beach that runs 7 mile, or take the trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the famous pier and amusement area. Short walk to 4 restaurants or a short drive into a great foodie town of Portland with many James Beard ward chefs, Boston Red Sox Seadog baseball and Old Port shopping. We stayed at the wonderful property, and had great time with extended family, for a special birthday. Many comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Nice gathering areas with lots of seating.We stayed off season in November, so some seasonal cleaning and maintenance were needed, but it didn’t affect us too much. We were very pleased with the setting.

We enjoyed the open space on the first floor - Living room, dining room, and kitchen. It made it really easy for us to all relax & hang out together. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed walking on the beach which was a short walk away. Drew was kind enough to accommodate our request for both an early check-in and a late checkout.

Great time in Scarborough

Checkin was simple. Location is wonderful. Pine Point is absolutely amazing and it was early season so it was wonderful for the dogs. The house set up well for family of four and two grandparents. We had a few extra rooms. Only issues were that their were a couple of repairs that needed.

Beautiful Location!

Love this spot! Between the marsh and the beach, beautiful views and easy walk to the beach. Lovely bedrooms and baths. Plenty of room for our 3 generations. Great screened porch and huge table for family dinners. We will be back!

Beautiful Property

This property had everything! The beach was just a walk away, the yard was well maintained and there is plenty of space for the whole family. The fact that everyone had their own bathrooms and large bedrooms made it very convenient.

Spacious, comfortable house. Bedrooms on all three floors which worked perfectly for our group. Location was great, two blocks from the ocean, and marshes behind the house. Good central spot to explore Southern Maine.

Perfect for our group of 12

Lots of room for big family meals, two sets of laundry machines, located close to beach and Eastern State Trail system, great communication with property manager and much more. This house was ideal for our large family gathering which included 10 adults and two children. Highly recommend.

Maine Friends Trip

This house was gorgeous and perfect. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. We absolutely loved our stay. Steps from the ocean and walking distance to many yummy restaurants. Uber was available as well and easy to access. No complaints at all!!

Memories Were Made

I stayed at this amazing location with 16 family members, ages 12 to 86. It was perfect for everyone! We spent a ton of time on the upper deck and the screened-in porch. The kitchen was well-equipped for a large crowd. We will definitely be staying here again.

The best stay

Stayed here with a group of gal friends for a long weekend. We had the best time. The location is quiet and serene. Great sunsets from the roof deck! We didn’t use the firepit but it was all set up for us just in case. I would love to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

We stayed with our family to enjoy the wedding of our daughter. Although it was a rainy weekend, the home was comfortable and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Views were fantastic and the open floor plan was key to convenience and meals!

Fantastic Home

My children and grandchildren and their significant others came for the 4 days that we spent at this lovely and welcoming house. We were 12-15 people. There is plenty of space and a great kitchen to cook for all. The house was big enough for those who wanted alone time and we had lots of time for beach walks in the winter. We will do our annual retreat there again.

Family Reunion Beach Vacation

Reunion week for our family with people coming from NJ, MA, NY, OK, and ME. Great location to Pine Point Beach, easy walk even for the 3y/o!! Enjoyed family dinners on the screen porch overlooking the marsh with a table that sat 9 adults and 2 kids; high chair was added plus for the youngest. Beds very comfortable and plenty of baths for all; could use more towels. Younger families appreciated the washer-dryer sets. We mostly cooked in and kitchen well equipped but there’s a need for either a food pantry or available empty cabinets to store food.

Love the layout

Our family loved the layout of this house. The space was perfect and the openness of the main living area was very nice. The location was great for us, as we enjoyed many walks to the beach. The only drawback for us was the lack of cleanliness. If they could step up the cleaning, this house would be a 5 star from us. It was such a nice big place for a large group, but we were disappointed that it was so dirty in so many areas.

Pine point getaway in Maine

We recently had the pleasure of renting an amazing house in Maine, just minutes from the beach. The location was perfect for our vacation, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline with ease. The house itself was spacious, providing plenty of room for our entire group to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely stunning, making every morning and evening special. The cleanliness of the property was good, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, there was ample parking available, which was a huge plus for us. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable beachside getaway in Maine. Adele

Such mixed reviews on this one.... It's a beautiful home, the layout is perfect, the beds are comfortable and it's in such a lovely location. We have stayed in dozens of VBRO properties over the years and this one was by far the dirtiest. Floors were filthy, bathrooms full of hair, and lots of dust and trash under beds and furniture. The kids even found a makeup brush made into one of the beds on the third floor. Which makes us wonder if the linens had been washed. The patio furniture had been moved into the bunk room and was full of dirt and sand which made a big mess upstairs. The biggest issue for us though was the mice. We saw several mice running around the kitchen and in the living room all times of the day. The kids even caught one and put it out back in the marsh and we still continued to see them. There were also broken screens on the porch and we had a huge problem regulating the heat. We would set the heat in the mid 60s and the upstairs was in the 80s. Too hot! A deep thorough clean and some mouse traps would make all the difference.

We were four couples that stayed here. The house is perfect for a group with its open concept. Having our own bathrooms was a big plus! We enjoyed the upper deck with amazing views of the marsh. We all love to walk and it being mid October there was little traffic when walking down to the point. Having miles of beach to walk was very nice too! We did not use the back porch or the gas grill or the firepit, but I am sure this would get plenty of use in warmer months.
