Chalet in Beachfront community! 2 Pools,Playgrounds,V-ball, Tennis,Pickleball!

Cozy updated custom chalet in a beautiful lakefront community with 2 pools (one is brand new with a separate kiddie pool with fountains and bathrooms). Unit sleeps 8 ( this includes four bunks that have a 150lb weight limit and sleep one each, and three Full beds. Also includes a custom bathroom, grilling deck, and screened porch. Endless summer fun awaits at the private community beach, multiple pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pit, fishing pond, shuffleboard courts, pickleball, basketball courts and a community fire-pit to end the day with a s’more.
The Township Park & beach is also adjacent to the property offering even more privacy & nature. Many wineries, breweries and restaurants close by.
Please note there are two pools available. One of the pools is open until the end of September. The other closes after Labor Day weekend.
Included are all kitchen essentials, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, smart tv and WIFI, bathroom towels, Paper towels and TP...ETC We have provided most of the essentials to feel at home while on vacation!
Please note the chalet itself is not lakefront nor does it have a lake view. It is a short 4 minute or less walk to 2 amazing beaches in our chalets on the lakes community. Our unit is across the street from the pool & volleyball courts/horseshoe pit & shuffleboard. Pickle ball/basketball court is in the backyard. Please note that pool is only garunteed to be open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day. Weather permitting, sometimes the association opens it prior to Memorial Day weekend and leaves it open later then Labor Day weekend.

Beach and activities!!

Madyson and Ryan are great hosts and very responsive. The grounds of the chalet are wonderful for kids. The house has what you need, and the basically-appointed lodging encourages you to get outdoors! It's all about enjoying time on the beach as a family.

Chalet Fun

This was our first time staying at this property. The whole property was well kept and quite even though there were many families there. We do wish there would have been someplace on property to do laundry. Will definitely stay again.

Cute lake spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is super updated and very clean. We loved the quick walk to the beach and volleyball courts right out front. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend for a nice lake getaway!

Beautiful getaway close to Saint Joseph

An awesome community with a private beach, two pools, a big playground, and lots of things to do. We couldn’t get enough of snapping family photos and heading to Saint Joseph in the evenings for dinner and walks. It’s only 12-15 minutes away and a beautiful drive. The Chalet isn’t too big, too small, but perfect for our family of 3. Walking to the nearest pool and volleyball court is less than 1 minute. The beach is 2-5 depending on which you choose.

Great cabin with access to beach and lots of activities

We loved staying at chalet by the lake. The kids could play tennis, basketball, soccer, and volleyball, do the pool and playground, and we had access to two beaches all without leaving the grounds. Sawyer and Stevensville are short drives for restaurants and in-town activities. Will definitely be back!

Lovely Michigan Weekend

The chalet was absolutely perfect for our long weekend in Michigan. The property was clean and well-maintained, and our group of five had plenty of space to spread out. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot close to the lake with lots of amenities!

Such a Cute Place and Great Hosts

We rented this unit so I could do the Ironman in St. Joe. It was close enough to the race that travel wasn't an issue but also gave us lake access and an adorable place to crash! Did I mention the hosts were amazing?! Communicated well with us before during and after!

Family/Friend Trip - Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved staying here at this property. It was close to everything and it was right next to a private beach area. Almost every evening we were the only ones at the beach. It also had a playground which my 2-year-old son loved. This property was less than 10 minutes away from downtown Stevensville's stuff to do and less than 20 minutes away from St. Joseph's downtown. We really loved that everything was close by. Great for my little family as well as my friend couple.

Family vacation paradise

Perfect property and location for a relaxing family getaway! The house was clean and nicely updated with comfortable beds and furniture. Our group of four adults and two toddlers had plenty of space to spread out. The community’s amenities exceeded our expectations with multiple pools, beaches, playgrounds, basketball courts, and plenty more within walking distance to entertain us all. We didn’t feel the need to leave the community and only left once for dinner in Saint Joseph, which was a short car ride away. We will be back again next year!

A great stay

We had a great stay here! Ryan was very responsive to any questions we had, and the home was super cute and clean. The chalet community was a little older and some of the amenities were slightly aged and grown over, but still fun and functional. We found the beach to be smaller than we hoped, but that was probably due to the high water and erosion that has taken place along the Lake Michigan shoreline in recent years. It was still a great place to spend the afternoon, and we didn't feel overly crowded. Overall we had a great trip!

Nice Little Cabin and Property

Ryan was a great host and worked with us on some last minute changes to our guest list. The property is really family friendly with tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, shuffle board, 2 pools, etc etc. Also, the beach access is super convenient. The unit itself was nicely updated and clean. It is definitely cozy especially for the 10 guests we had altogether but we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in early June and the weather was definitely chilly to enjoy all of the swimming activities especially Lake Michigan.

Great stay on Lake Michigan

Exceptional location. Private beach with several amenities included at the house. Kids loved the bunk beds. Quiet community. Nice pools and a playground. Close to town. There was even a high chair which came in handy for the younger kids. The stair back is open which was OK and can be seen in pictures. I didn't pay attention or I soul is have brought a gate for the small children. We had a very nice stay and plan to go back.

Hosts with the most!

The hosts were fantastic to work with. Their property reflects a special interest in creating a space for others to enjoy a relaxing time away. We’ve rented other units on this property, this home offers extra perks in that they supply linens , bath towels, beach towels and chairs, outdoor play equipment, and basic pantry items. For us that meant one less Bin to pack up and bring! Decorated with care and comfort as well!!

Place is very nice and we enjoyed it. Nice beds and bedding, which is important to us. The only thing that I would suggest is that the place is in need of some TLC. It's clean, just needs attention. Realizing that beach property is difficult to keep pristine. We'd definitely stay again. Had a glitch with the internet. Ryan responded immediately.
