Completely remodeled, modern and spacious with washer, dryer, and ice maker.
Welcome to SommerHaus!
My home away from home has been fully renovated and modernized down to the last detail. Nestled between the 14th and 15th fairways and overlooking Stewart Lake, this location is absolutely one of the best in Seascape. A swimming pool (including a heated one in the fall/winter), pickleball courts, tennis courts, a golf course, the lake and the beach are all very short and convenient walks on this private resort property.
I modified the original floor plan to make the space more roomy and open. Unlike most golf villas, the kitchen has raised ceilings and is open to the dining and living room areas, creating a great space for family time and entertaining. There are beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances and cabinets throughout the kitchen. The separate ice machine certainly comes in handy and the double oven makes preparing meals in the kitchen much easier.
I have beds for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There are two full baths. The master bathroom was a particularly welcome renovation that our taller guests will appreciate since it includes a 6 ft. tub and shower. The 2nd bathroom is in the main hallway and includes a shower and bath as well.
I have a washer and dryer inside the unit which is not typical for the golf villas. There is a 60" TV in the living room and a smaller flat screen TV in the master bedroom with basic cable and free WiFi for renters.
The spacious deck is another great feature of SommerHaus with a comfortable elevated dining table and chairs overlooking Stewart Lake and cafe lights to make nights on the deck warm and inviting.
The property has been in my family for almost 50 years and the renovations I made reflect everything I had always wished for in the place that I have called my second home. Now, I want to share this fantastic experience with you!

My father bought this place in the early 70's and it has been my second home since I was in Kindergarten. I have 3 children who also love the place and we are all very happy to share the joy that we have found here with you.
Why they chose this property
I have been to beaches around the world. Hawaii, Northern California, French Riviera, Outer Banks, etc. There simply is no beach that I enjoy more. White sand, clear water and all of the conveniences of home. This resort and this condo, the way we have set it up, provides every thing I have always wanted in a home near the beach. Easy access to everything the Gulf has to offer but the quiet solitude that only a spacious resort can offer. There really is no other property like it in the area.

The condo was extensively remodeled to make the space more open and functional. Higher ceilings, comfortable "like-home" furniture, a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and an ice maker are the things that I knew would make a stay at the beach as relaxing as possible.
The deck has a view of the lake and one of the fairways, has comfortable, elevated seating, and has soft cafe-style lighting to make nights on the deck comfortable and fun.
