About this property

Our Seascape condo 7H is on the golf course at the 13th green and from the back porch overlooks a lake for fishing. It is an easy walk to the beach and the Whales Tail Restaurant which has great food and a Beach Bar. Besides the Beach and Golf, our condo has Smart TV's, Free Wi-Fi, and is close to the Tennis Courts, 5 Swimming Pools and one Pool is Heated during winter time. Our condo is on the second floor of Building 24 and has a large vault ceiling in the family room and the dining room. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We have This condo has been our family condo since 1988 and has been updated every year. Use our Beach Chairs and Umbrella at no extra costs. Very nice stay at Ron and Leah's condo. They were helpful from day 1. Ton's of room for the 2 of us.Lots of dishes, utensils, etc. Felt homey quickly.

Great amenities, location, and family friendly

We loved our week stay at this condo in Miramar beach in July. We are a young family of 5 with 3 young boys and this place felt very spacious and also had a large porch overlooking a lake and golf course with a swing, sitting area and outdoor dining area. The owner is very friendly and responsive and helped make sure we were comfortable during our stay. You can choose to either walk to the beach, about a 10 min walk- or you can drive and park in a private lot across the street for convenience (we always had a lot of beach stuff to carry for our kids and found this option best.) The beaches are absolutely beautiful. There are many waterfront bars, eatery’s, and water sport rentals within walking distance. We visit Miramar Beach every year and would love to return to the Seascape complex. Thank you for a wonderful time!
