Sister of 961480. Great deal Recoleta
Very nice property located in Recoleta. Perfect for a couple or a family of 3-4 persons. Close to restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, art galleries. Recoleta Cemetery among others. It's located on the 3rd floor which is quite nice and it faces the street on Peña. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook and feel like at home at this wonderful property. Welcome to my sight. My name is Matthew. I studied travel and tourism and love telling people about Argentina. Inspite all ups and downs, it is a majestic place to visit. If you like to see BA and have first class wine and steaks, you are on the right track. Vegans can find a ton of restaurants too. I purchased this beautiful property over ten years ago and it has been a journey. I have two apartments located in the same building. They are located on top of eacher. 3rd and 4th floor so if you are a big family and want to take both places, you will have an amazing time. They are in this magnificent French Style building which is is perfect shape. You will feel like getting up in Paris at the turn of the century. You can come down and have delicious coffee and a ton of fresh pastries. Please send me a message with any questions you may have and I will be happy to help you. Thanks.
