Christmas 2023 at Marina Fiesta Resort in Cabo from Dec. 25, 2023 - Jan. 1, 2024

We own a deluxe studio at Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa located right on the marina and next door to the Puerto Paraiso Mall in Cabo San Lucas. The studio unit sleeps up to 4 people, is fully furnished with a kitchen, has a double vanity sink, shower/tub, toilet, is air conditioned, built in safe where you select your own combination, TV, free WiFi, and elevator access. The resort has 2 pools including a children's pool, 3 top deck jacuzzis with fantastic views, exercise room, swim up bars, lounge areas, and restaurants. The room is determined at check-in and dependent on availability so we can't guarantee the view or the type and number of beds. We can request 2 queen beds but they may provide a queen bed and sleeper sofa. It will sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. The deluxe resort is located right on the marina next door to the main mall in Cabo. You do not need a car or taxi as you can walk to all major restaurants and shops and it is safe to walk the marina and town at night. If you do have a rental car, there is free secure parking available at Marina Fiesta. This is our own timeshare condo so no need to hassle with RCI. Please feel free to ask us questions as we have owned at Marina Fiesta for 29 years and know the resort, town, and surrounding areas very well. We will give you tips to enjoy your stay at this deluxe resort. Our unit does not require all-inclusive meals, although if that is what you prefer, you can purchase it directly from the resort. We have found it more convenient to pick our own restaurants which are all located close by. The Christmas week is very hard to find and very expensive. The resort charges over twice what we are asking. If you want to rent for less than 7 days, let us know. Reserve now as Cabo is a hot destination during the Christmas holidays.
