About this property

Beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with loft, gulf view unit. This unit is new to the Rental Program as of June of 2019. The master features a king size bed, updated bathroom with a shower and side porch with a view of the water. The guest room has a king size bed. For convenience, the washer/dryer is in the guest room closet. The guest bath is updated with a shower/tub combination. The loft room has 2 twin beds. The kitchen and living areas have been updated and are well equipped. In a separate area, beneath the condo, you have access to a 1 car garage with an additional bonus room and a full bathroom. This unit is in Building 4, which is one of the closest buildings to the beach! Just a short walk to the pool or beach makes this unit even more desirable. Please note, Building 4 Units have stair access only. You will not be disappointed in this updated, well appointed gulf view unit during your stay at Siesta Dunes.

Love Sarasota

Siesta Dunes is one of my favorite vacation locations . It’s got a great vibe with excellent restaurants close by, walkability, beautiful beach. If you want, you can always use a Johnny, to transport you to the downtown area, free of charge or shuttle. Condo has a separate downstairs fully furnished and functional apartment included, with its own separate entry. Highly recommend this property and will be looking forward to leasing it again!

Beautiful property!

Exceeded our expectations! Perfect location and beautiful condo. The only downfall was the stairs for my older parents. Everything was super clean and comfortable!
