Good option for single traveler

Property has everything you need for a long-term stay. Washing machine, password-protected 5G internet (~100mbs), full kitchen, private parking. Property owner is communicative, professional, and quickly resolved any issues I had. Location is great but very, very noisy. Rent a small car/hatchback, because the parking space is narrow and short.
