Great stay

We had a great stay at Zante Prime villas. Marianthi was a very attentive host, and was very flexible and willing to help with requests. The villa is modern, very well equipped and clean. We loved the pool area but need caution for younger kids as steps have sharp edges. The villa is close to Tsivilli (lovely resort, good family friendly beach) but nothing walkable from villa, need car/s.

Vacation of a lifetime!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The only issue is that the pool area is extremely slippery when wet and the stairs to the pool have sharp edges. We were all adults so not much of an issue, but would be dangerous with young children. Thank you again for your hospitality. We hope to visit again. Maureen and John.

Lovely and Private

There are 3 units within this complex. We had a little trouble finding it because it is listed a little differently from the name at the entrance. The property is beautiful and very well appointed. Our host, Marianthi was extremely kind and attentive. If we needed something, all we had to do was ask. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There were some noisy next door guests, but otherwise it was perfect.

Bare in mind if going early in the season the pool isn’t heated very cold. Only one of the 3 villas have a heated pool

I have grown up in the island i got my studies at Athens and i came back to improve my knowledge on hospitality and get experience through a hotel complex that used to work for many years .I and my husband designed and developed the property with love . We used modern lines, new materials and nice peaceful colors to make the guests feel happy and calm .

Villa Levanta is a luxury villa with heated swimming pool garden and privacy , sleeps 8 people in 2 double bed bedroom and 2 twins bedrooms , two bathrooms with shower and 1 wc are spread over 2 levels including a mezzanine floor all rooms have patio doors leading to terrace , living room dinning room and kitchen situated in same large and open area , two large sliding doors provide easy access to the pool terrace with a dinning set and a comfortable seating area overlooking the pool . The pool has a shallow section to sit in so you can sunbathe partially submerged in the water .A small area and a brick BBQ makes that villa unique for holidays .

What makes this property unique

The heated pool gives the summer sense even at the early beginning or at the end of the summer season as the temperatures are not very high !!!
