Throughout the property, there are incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and the famous Whale's Tail at Marino Ballena National Park, a rocky reef that stretches more than a mile out to sea and is completely exposed during low tides. It truly is a sight to behold as nature works its course each Costa Rican day.
The modern kitchen at Casa Olas Azul is perfect for making gourmet meals. It features an island with granite counter top and stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, ice-maker and all the cutlery you'll need to prepare perfect feasts each day of your stay. Next to the kitchen is a living area with two sofas, a flat-screen television and DVD player. The villa also comes equipped with fiber optic Internet service, a secured safe for your valuables as well as a washer and dryer unit.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and beautiful ocean views, while the second bedroom offers garden views and contains a pair of twin beds that can be combined to form a comfortable king size bed. There are air-conditioning units in each of the bedrooms. Overall, it's an ideal setup for families with children or for two couples.
Casa Olas Azul is located in the Costa Verde Estates Community, about 25-30 minutes off the coastal highway and almost directly centered between the towns of Dominical and Uvita, where you can find excellent restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and unlimited activities such as surfing, diving, fishing, zip lining, and more, The road to Costa Verde Estates features both dirt and concrete surfaces, and a 4×4 vehicle is required. There is a security gate to enter the community with a full-time guard on duty. The community is extremely safe and incredibly beautiful. Because it’s located high in the cloud forest, the temperature at Casa Olas Azul is very pleasant, often 10 degrees cooler than down at the beach.
As guests in the Costa Verde Estates development, your group will have access to an outdoor tennis court, a workout room, a large outdoor picnic area and a helicopter pad in case of medical emergencies or if you just feel like taking a helicopter to San Jose instead of driving!! Tennis rackets and balls are provided by the house, so there’s little need to pack your playing gear for the trip.

For that reason, all our vacation rental fields like staff/housekeepers/technicians and other employees have completed training regarding proper and safe cleaning techniques and property security. The entire team now understands how to safely use chemical products (such as germicides used to clean bathrooms) and dispose of trash, cleaning supplies, and bio hazards appropriately.
