Renovated in May 2019, furnished and equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances. Cable and WiFi connection available, SMART TV, electrical kitchen with touch screen, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen equipment, towels, bed linens etc. Two WiFi equipped A/C units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, natural gas central heating system.Local phones.Artworks on the walls.
Water heater. Comfortable sofa that can be turned into a queen sized bed. Small desk for pc/laptop. 
Shower column and secure glass enclosure. Wardrobe with 4 doors and extra storage space for clothing. New double bed, comfortable, with new mattress. Security door with peephole. Energy saving frames for the doors and windows with double glazing and insect screens. In a 75 s very clean building, with good tenants, back garden view.Access ramp for wheelchairs.
