Quiet & Secure

Excellent place to stay in Davao City. Centrally located and within walking distance to the SM City Mall. It was clean, secure, quiet and has two balconies that overlook the city and the ocean in the distance. Worked out great when a couple of our grandchildren stayed over with us and used the beautiful pool. Having an extra CR/bathroom was a bonus too. Owner was excellent and super quick when we had questions or needed some assistance. Will stay here again. A++

The condo was nice and clean had most things i needed and what i didn't have i could take a quick walk to the mall and get. A but noisy early in the morning but thats to be expected with all the construction happening close by. Overall im very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.
