Villa Vanilla - Mykonos Kastro

Villa Vanilla is a brand new construction with fine building quality and modern chic architectural design. The villa offers amazing and unobstructed sea views to Delos, Renia, Tinos and Syros islands almost from every spot of the structure. The altitude and orientation of the villa provide mesmerizing and colorful sunset views while maximizing the duration of the natural sunlight.

The outdoor space is surounded by pergolas as well as a fine built stone perimeter. The private and heated Jacuzzi pool of 4X4 meters is engulfed by the villa offering tranquility, wind protection and privacy.
The structure covers 200 m2 of indoor space and another 200 m2 of pergola covered terace. It constitutes of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms and 2 dinning spaces on the outdoor and indoor spaces respectively. There is an extra sleeping space (for a 9th guest) on the built in sofa of the living room which is equipped with shatters and black out curtains.

The living room and ground floor bedroom are equipped with satelite TV, WiFi is available in all rooms. There is a smart phone controlled HiFi Audio system for indoor and outdoor use. Bose sound-system. All 4 bedrooms feature digicode safety-boxes.

All bedrooms have access to the front sea view terrace. Bedrooms have a large cupboard with hangers.
Bathrooms have all amenities, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and towels. All bathrooms feature Greek style awesome built in shower and sinks.
All beds are equipped with nice and comfortable mattresses. Towels and linens are changed every 3 days along with a full house cleaning.
A maintenance team is coming twice a week to take care of the pool, plants, terrace and water tanks. The villa is not connected with a water network so avoiding to waste water would be reasonable.
Guests have full access and private use of the villas' indoor and outdoor space including the pool area and terrace. A parking space for two cars covered with pergola is available for the guests.
