About this property

MODERN PROPERTY WITH ALL AMENITIES FOR A PERFECT VACATION

Modern property, recently refurbished. New Beds in both bedrooms, Nice outside space of 50 m² to enjoy your evenings with a new Weber Pulse 2000 BBQ. Quiet but within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the new shopping mall (To be opened mid November 2019!) only 500 m² walk away. The nearest beach is about a 20 min walk but if you are taking a lot with you it best to go by car or grab a cab. The Beach Towels, umbrella, beach chairs and cool bag are provided. There is a small port around 1 km away. A Taxi back from the beach or one of the nearby restaurants is minimal cost. We have International TV channels, Netflix, cinema on demand and super fast Wifi. A Real home away from home ! Ideal for two couples or a family with two children. The second bedroom will be set up accordingly. (Either two separated beds, or one joined bed). There is a complete Kitchen with Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, and a washing machine and dryer if you would like to make a home cooked meal or wash some clothes, all is provided.

A quiet residential complex with a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a paddling pool and jacuzzi. The property is within walking distance to local attractions (Restaurants Supermarkets, shopping malls etc) .. there 5 golf courses within 15 mins drive from the property with the nearest one being 2.5 Kms away. You can walk down to the new mall, Puerto Rico Market and restaurants but suggest a taxi back for minimal cost. There are 3 beaches within 5 mins drive depending upon what your preferences are. (Waters ports, sun beds, or mixing with the locals)

    Nice apartment in quiet location

    This is a nice apartment with large outside area. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and the showers are excellent. We all agreed that it was very clean on arrival (not something we always have!). Underground parking for the car is a good facility as the parking spaces on the road are often fully occupied. Very nice pool and sunbathing area although the fingerprint admittance system is inconsistent. The fingerprints of some people will allow entry to he pool area but others won't. We had ours taken twice but the problem still existed. The apartment is 10 minutes down the steps to the new mall and 15 minutes to the commercial centre although a taxi back up (4-5 euros) may be needed by many people. Finally, the owner is always contactable and he dealt with a couple of queries we had quickly and efficiently. Overall I would definitely recommend the apartment to other potential renters.

    Amazing Apartment

    This apartment has everything you need for a nice stay at Gran Canaria. The location is easy to access, only 5 minutes in car from the lovely Amadores Beach. Located in a peaceful place in town. Even though the Autopista is nearby the speed limit is 60 km/h. The pool area is perfect also for children as there are 2 pools which are very suitable for kids. We went in March and there was plenty of space by the pools. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything you need such as a/c both upstairs and downstairs. All kitchen equipments you need, nice grill and one of the things we enjoyed the most was the cosy outdoor area. For our rented car there was a reservated space in the parking garage. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host. If any questions under the stay he would answer immediately. So we felt completely safe before, during and after our stay. We recommendate this apartment and if we should be so lucky heading back to Puerto Rico, we would choose this apartment again. /Louise & Anders

    Beautiful apartment

    We had a great stay, apartment had everything you would possibly need, it was very clean and tidy, and rooms were all a good size with plenty storage.Elena was on hand to answer any questions or help with anything. The outside area was amazing with plenty space and plenty sun shades. The pool was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. It was great for all the family and there were plenty of loungers, it would be ideal for younger kids as there were also two kiddie pools. The location was also good, it was more quiet than apartments farther down the hill but as stated there is quite a lot of steps to get to town centre but only takes about 10 mins, most days we took a taxi back up as it was very hot through the day but this only cost about 3 euros. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We have tried to make it as homely as possible with all amenities and hope you will enjoy staying here as much as we do. I love to swim, relax on a nice quiet beach and play golf or go out for a nice meal in the evening. There is enough to do nearby to suit everyone.
