Our 2 bedroom, Almost Heaven! has all you will need for a complete retreat! Want waterfront views? Want to cozy up on your private balcony and gaze out at Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay? You got it!

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress
The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.
To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Pool Access : Our building's pool will be closed for repairs from July 21st through early September.
During this time, we’re happy to offer complimentary access to the Marriott pool, conveniently located right next door. Guests can easily access it through our retail lobby.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are glad to provide this alternative so you can still enjoy some time by the pool!

Our 2 bedroom, Almost heaven! has max occupancy of 2 adults + children (15 years of age or younger). Almost Heaven is a true guest favorite. 1200+ sq feet located on the 17th floor, facing South with water views of Biscayne Bay, Jaw-dropping downtown Miami skyline views (nights is incredible).

Totally renovated Almost Heaven! is a perfect choice for your monthly stay. This condo tends to book with little vacancy so if its available, grab it while you can!. When entering there is a 2nd full bathroom immediately on your left with a huge walk in shower.

You find a gorgeous open concept kitchen fully stocked with all you would need to channel your inner chef abilities. With Publix grocery store only 1/2 block away cooking in this kitchen has now become so much easier! A built in counter with stools for everyone to gather around is a perfect space saver as it doubles as a great counter to cook.

The living room with amazing views is the perfect place to relax and unwind after long days exploring Miami. With Roku streaming tv that includes Netflix, Sling, and tons of free Tv show and movie apps. The living room flows right out of the sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony . Day or night, we cant find a better place to sit back and gaze out at the incredible views of downtown Miami, water views of Biscayne Bay and port of Miami.

The 2nd bedroom is right next to the living room. This rooms bonus is its access out onto balcony. A queen bed and Roku streaming tv, this is the perfect bedroom to catch some views before you even get out of bed.

Not but far not least is the master bedroom suite. It may not have balcony access, but it does have a window as this entire condo is a corner unit. It also has a large desk for those working remotely. A king bed to curl up in and Roku streaming tv loaded with all you need. There is a washer/dryer in this bedroom and walk thru closet. You know have stepped into the master bathroom. Fully renovated so well, it has a massive walk in closet that is big enough for two! and two sinks. This bathroom is spacious and the perfect place to spend as much time as you need!

Almost Heaven! will not disappoint it truly feels like Almost Heaven!

- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process
- Emails for each adult
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$320 Monthly Parking Fee
