The listing is NOT as advertised online

Management was notified immediately upon check-in that the listing was not as advertised. I am very disappointed that the following issues were never resolved. No one bothered to return our calls, during our stay: 1) The bedroom closets were detached from the floor. They swung inward abruptly, exposing the metal floor posts (for which they should have been attached), which was a safety hazard for all the children. 2) The dining room table was broken (unlike the online photos of the dining room; it is NOT as advertised). It was horrifyingly taped with cardboard from end to end restricting the entire family from enjoying meals together and caused a safety hazard. 3) The pool was filthy. It was never cleaned per several requests. 4)The air conditioning unit malfunctioned continuously. Maintenance attempted to address this issue but the unit still did not work. The second floor remained hot the entire stay. 5) The linens were stained! I washed all the linens the very first night. 6) The electrical sockets in some upstairs bathrooms did not work. Guests were forced to search for available working sockets to plug in their electronic devices. 7) The Captain America sword (pictured in the Superhero theme room) is NOT as advertised; it has a visibly large crack on the surface. 8) The staircase banister was broken. 9) The games in the Game Room did not work. Again, I share this in the hopes that no other families vacation is ruined due to false advertisement. I would love to post the photos that I took of each issue, here, as proof, but that option is unfortunately not available. My kids are really disappointed. They chose this listing and my family hoped to make this our annual destination going forward but for the lack of customer service and false advertisement it was not worth the tons of money spent. I hope the owner honorably addresses these issues before renting to another unsuspecting family. Thank you for taking time to read this review.

Disappointed but Quality Family Time

When we arrived to the home we had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the cleaning crew was still there.. That would have been fine if we entered a clean home, but that was not the case. We discussed our concerns with the cleaning crew and they offered to return the following day to clean the hone. So after traveling 17 hrs to get there we had to clean enough to get to a level of comfort, but we were not able to clean thoroughly. For example, we cleaned the floors with towels because we didn’t have a mop. We did not allow the crew to return the next day to clean because at that point we all unpacked and had our valuables in the home and it would’ve just been an inconvenience. Therefore we endured and questioned the cleanliness of everything not obvious to the naked eye. We got over the kids playing on a dirty floor and decided to enjoy spending time with our family. We did not spend a lot of time in the house because we were at Theme Parks daily. The home offered more than enough space for our family and there was a lot to keep the kids busy.
