Reminiscent of clandestine 1920s watering holes, the custom speakeasy room has vintage-style leathery furnishings, cozy tables, exposed brick walls, mood lighting, and of course, a long wooden bar. Mix up cocktails (or virgin cocktails for the kids), and enjoy the dart board and bonus arcade game.

GAME LOFT: Just upstairs, more recreation awaits in this hip, open-plan game center. Flaunt your skills on the pool table, play a game of ring toss or wall Scrabble.

MOVIE THEATER: Movie night, anyone? This home has its very own private cinema with rows of reclining chairs, an 86-inch screen, and surround-sound to complete the experience. Just pick your flick, and keep the popcorn and snacks in easy reach.

FITNESS ROOM: No need to drop your workout while traveling: You’ll have your own personal gym here. Try out all the equipment, from the stationary bike and treadmill to the free weights. The smart TV even has an app for virtual training sessions.

THEMED BEDROOMS: For the kids in your group, the fun is only just getting started when they discover the unbelievable themed bedrooms. These masterpieces double as playrooms and are brimming with cool surprises.

First up is the Splashy Hideaway—this home’s extra-special and extra-spacious “12th bedroom” on the first floor. Tucked in a mountain “cabin,” hidden bunk beds sleep up to six lucky guests.

In this cool space-y hideout, the décor and wall art feature a mini rocket ship, lifelike NASA equipment, and twisty slide. Steps away, your little ones can set sail on a pirate ship in the Pirate’s Hideaway. This whimsical kids’ room sparks creative play with oceanic wall art, a treasure map, curvy slide, and portholes looking out to approaching galleons. In two bunk beds, they’ll easily say “aye, aye” to bedtime.
