Our gorgeous Alii Cove condominium has central air conditioning and the comforts of home in Hawaii. This two bedroom two bath also has a large loft for use by more guests or as a comfortable office. Although there is central air, all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and have screened windows. The electricity fee will be refunded when the occupant uses less than the base $300 use allowance per 30 days. Please see notes below.

The master has an additional lanai entrance, large double closets and spacious shower room. The guest bedroom has twin beds for the rest of the family. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops, modern appliances and enough dinner ware for up to 8 guests. Overnight occupancy is limited to 5 persons.

Lovely condo and complex.
This condo is very nice. It feels so homey. There is beautiful art throughout the condo. There is a small view of the ocean. We even saw some whale activity. It is lovely to sit on the lanai and look over to Honl Beach. This condo situated right above Ali'i Drive can be noisy. Ear plugs are helpful. We loved the wonderful breeze that came through the condo when we had all the screened windows open. Also we did not hear our other neighbers.

The property is beautiful however the unit I rented, EE22, was neglected, dirty and falling apart.
The property is beautiful, well maintained and safe. The unit I rented was dated, neglected and not clean. Lanai furniture literally fell apart in front of our eyes - sun damage, neglect. Other units in this property are much nicer and obviously cared for. I would stay in this property again but never this unit.

Very well appointed
The condo could use a deep clean-shower doors need a limescale treatment, air vents are dusty, lanai is dirty. But the place was very well appointed, kitchen and beach-wise. Lots of towels, sheets and kitchen appliances. The location was ideal-close enough to walk to downtown Kona but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The pool was lovely-there is an aerobics class at 9am weekday mornings, led by a couple who live at the complex.

Condo is on Alii Drive so is a handy walk to the downtown area.
This condo is situated on Alii drive, which we knew when we rented, but had not anticipated as much traffic noise as there was. It is roomy and well equipped. We had an issue with the fridge, and it was replaced immediately. we thought the service was exemplary. The unit itself is in need of a thorough cleaning and the bedding could use an update. The master bedroom has a king bed and shower in the ensuite. the second bedroom has twin beds, and the second bathroom has a tub shower combo. There is a loft with fold out couch. The complex itself is very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. The pool is heated and a joy to be in, the area surrounding the pool is beautiful and the barbeques and gym area both well maintained. Honl's beach is almost directly across the road from the complex. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Hugo's, so a quick easy walk to downtown.

Great Property, Great Location
This was a great property in a gated community right on Alii Drive. It had plenty of room for five people and had everything you need for cooking etc. There was a great view from the lanai where you could watch the cruise ships come in and watch the sunset. The condo is right across from Honls Beach. My son loved using the pool and said it was never really crowded. We especially enjoyed the central air and fans as it got really hot and humid during the day. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. This property is a great find for a great price. Jonas was very easy to deal with and very responsive when we showed up and there was no key so we could get in. All in all, we would definitely stay in this place again.
