Really enjoyed our stay. Very easy and had everything we needed and more. The Easter eggs were a hit with the kids. Thanks Dianne for the extra work you put into making this a great B&B
Great place to stay for work. Very well stocked pantry for breakfast. Everything is how it’s described. Williamstown is a lovely place to stroll. Nice cafes very close. Diane was so helpful and easy to communicate with.
There is some street noise but that’s to be expected when you’re right on the main road but the convenience is great. House is clean and warm. Well stocked kitchen.
Clean with ample car parking! Diane was a super host and assisted in getting the fireplace going. Games provided was sufficient to keep us entertained for the evening. There was a bit of road noise due passing vehicles. Great choice for breakfast!
Williamstown is a small rural town with only 2 pubs for food, and the bakery bar was closed on Monday and Tuesday! It was adequate accommodation for us to drive around Barrossa valley!
When away from home I prefer to book Accomodation that on “first impression”meets my lifestyle expectation no matter what the cost and Dianne’s home was all of that. An updated well presented home with little thoughtfulness’s scattered throughout. Fresh crisp Linen on each King Size very comfortable bed with 2 bathroom towels etc for each guest, a personal pre requisite of mine. Spotless presentation throughout with all the conveniences of home. Thankyou Dianne for making your home available to us.
Williamstown B&B is new, clean and spacious.
Well appointed kitchen, bedding etc.
Great location in the centre of the nice, quiet small town. Breakfast provisions were excellent for a hot breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon, fresh local bread), cereals, spreads, local honey, gourmet and 'normal' sauces. Snacks and fruit provided too. Instant coffee, lots of teas and instant coffee/hot chocolate options.
Very comfy lounge suite and beds. We filled the accommodation to over capacity with 8 people and it coped easily.
Main King Size bedroom was huge, with a second television. Bedrooms have blinds with block out curtains, so great for a sleep in.
Spacious new bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided. Two toilets.
Only thing that would make the stay only slightly better would be an external PIN key safe for private access. Otherwise, it was a perfect accommodation option and we look forward to going there again.
Fantastic bed and breakfast accommodation. Suited our group of 4 adults and 2 children (age 6 & 8) perfectly. Great communication from Diane with our booking. Provisions for both hot & cold breakfast supplied and much more with pantry & fridge items included. Comfy beds and clean facilities throughout. Also ate at the nearby (within walking distance) Williamstown Hotel and highly rate their meals. Would definitely consider visiting both again.
Fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked in every way. Spacious 3 bedrooms, clean and comfortable property. A location that offers seclusion and easy access to key spots as needed. Dianne was a lovely host, ready to help with anything. Would love to come back another time!
Dianne the host has everything covered with the spacious house, comfy beds, modern & clean. Dianne even provided BBQ when asked. While its great to be in the main Street the house is between 2 pubs (1 right next door) My family of 4 adults & 2 young children 3yr old and a 4mth old stayed for the Fri & Sat night which had a lot of foot traffic / noise along with truck traffic for the main road.
We really enjoyed the time spent in the house, it's beautifully renovated and very clean. Everything is within walking distance from the house..... Bakery, Pub, Deli and the good old op shop!! WHAT more could you want.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and accommodated us perfectly. The hospitality from Dianne was great, she showed the kids around her property and let the kids feed the sheep which was an unexpected but lovely touch.
The house was clean and modern, location right on the main street - there is nothing negative that I can say.
Loved this place, recommend it to a group of travellers wanting to explore the stunning scenery of the Adelaide Hills. The fireplace is a warm and cozy addition too. Dianne was more than accommodating.
