Why stay in a hotel when you can have a whole house to live in and spread out? Worried about how to entertain your children during the down time of vacation? Then, this is your place! Welcome to your home away from home in the outskirts of Boulder. You have access to our 2000 sq ft split-level house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and lots of extras to entertain the children. This family and professional friendly neighborhood is surrounded by open space land.

In the upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed and attached full bathroom. The “Sports Star” room and “Under the Sea” room both have twin beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The main floors (split) includes an remodeled open kitchen and dining area, office space and tv/family room with sofa. There is a ½ bath on the main floor. In the downstairs, there is the extra quiet 4th bedroom with a queen bed. All beds have memory foam for extra comfort.

The backyard is yours to use as well containing our very own Ninja Course play-set (waiver required), soccer goals, and volleyball net. Our organic garden is yours to eat from as well.

Games and arts & crafts are great ways to fill the extra time of vacation (our kids wanted to share this!). Available upon request: Scooters, skateboards and 3 inflatable Stand-Up-Paddleboards (with paddles). The Boulder Reservoir is a 15 minute drive.

Sorry, no pets are allowed on property, but a dog has lived at this property.

Open space trails are accessible just 0.5 miles away through the neighborhood for an easy hour long hike, or a longer 12 mile out and back bike ride. A great way to start your vacation day listening to the meadowlarks bring up the sun on top of Gunbarrel hill. 3 adults bikes and 1 child bike (with helmets) available upon request.

• The local farm stand, Munson Farms, is a 5 minute drive, offering fresh vegetables/fruit/cut your own flowers from July – Sept.
• Bird lovers and fisherman will love to visit Walden Ponds/Sawhill Ponds just 5 minutes away.
• The Boulder reservoir is within 15 minutes with swim beach and boat house for renting SUP, canoes and kayaks.
• Several local restaurants and a grocery store can be found in Gunbarrel and Niwot, a 5 minute drive.
• The famous Pearl Street and Boulder Creek are an easy 15 minute drive.
• Bus Route pick up in neighborhood for transportation to downtown Boulder.
