The newly renovated, exclusive and spacious holiday home (160 sqm) is located in the quietest and most preferred residential area of Scharbeutz and is only 500 m from the beach and 200 m from the Kammerwald.
The house is very tastefully and modernly equipped. The ingrown plot (800 sqm) offers plenty of space for barbecuing, relaxing and playing. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun all day, also in the beach chair.
There are 4 bedrooms (2x upper floor, 1x ground floor and 1x living room with daylight). The three bedrooms on the upper and first floor have electric shutters. The larger upper bedroom has a seating area and a covered veranda with seating.
The open kitchen on the ground floor merges into the spacious living and dining area. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a full bath on the upper floor. Dryer and washing machine are available for use in the basement.
The house is equipped for up to 8 people. A free WiFi network is available.


The house (built in 1990) was completely renovated in spring 2012. The bathrooms, the kitchen and all floors are new.
The location of the terrace is unique and allows sunbathing all day from the same place. Whether breakfast in the sun in the morning or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening, all wishes should come true here. Our house is also ideal for two families / married couples.
In the upper area there is a spacious veranda with seating and in the large bedroom an own couch with TV / DVD. So you can retreat if necessary, enjoy the intimate togetherness or just take a family break.

In the living room (fully wallpapered / carpeted) there is a desk and a small library with over 100 paperbacks. (Love and crime novels and many bestselling authors). There are also about 30 DVDs in the living room.
