Great Manly Qld’er with views, walk to water and wifi

Spacious Queenslander perched on upper Cambridge Pde. Centrally located within walking distance of yacht clubs, cafes and the beautiful bay. If you like a bit of space to enjoy, with light breakfast options included with your stay and other small luxuries, you'll love staying at "Seabreeze".
Large welcoming warm space including:
* Two large bedrooms with queen beds; aircon/heating and hanging space/drawers

* One off-street parking spot plus plenty of on-street parking
* Large lounge room with sofa and separate comfortable reading chairs; large TV, ChromeCast supplied for use with your account, plus a stack of books and activities for family entertainment
* Purified water on tap
* Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils)
*Dining options either inside; or outside on the back deck surrounded by nature and birds
* Front deck with views over beautiful Manly bay and cooling sea breezes in summer
* Clean bathroom with shower and separate bath
* Towels and linen provided
* Mid-stay clean for stays longer than 7 days
* Early and late checkin/checkout may be available - check when you book
* Laundry washing facilities on site with hanging space on undercover deck

The house is a traditional Queenslander with high ceilings and VJ walls. It was built in 1910, has been recently renovated and is sturdy and dry but has a few creaks in floor boards that comes with a Queenslander of this age.

Note that there is a pool at the back of the property however, this is not available at any time for guest use. Please ensure any children or visitors do not go past the fences into the pool area.

Interaction with guests:
The house is dual living, and we live downstairs via separate access. We will be available as you need us. We will never be further than a phone call away. You'll have all the support you need, and all the privacy you want from home away from home.

Thoroughly recommended for your stay
For NZ Wellingtonions staying in a traditional Queenslander is a pleasure especially with the tasteful decor. The beds were comfortable with good linen. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Walk to cafes and the coastal walkway. A thoroughly recommended place to stay.

Great property in an outstanding location
Recently spent a four week very enjoyable holiday on a return visit. The property has plenty of space, good beds, and is in a great location. Public transport - both train station and bus stops are close -by: we made extensive use of our Seniors GoCard! It is a short walk to the Manly Village with great choice of cafes and restaurants and other bayside attractions. Can highly recommend.
