We loved our stay here. We were visiting for a sporting event and the property was perfect and so clean. It really did feel like a home away from home. Hosts were lovely too.
Wonderful home near shoppimg and beach. Amazing host
We loved every minute of our stay in Manly. Easy walking distance to shops, dining establishments, the beach and the train into Brisbane. The outdoor covered patio is a delightful place to breakfast and listen to the birds.
The property is very comfortable and clean, and plenty of options for relaxing. The kitchen is a good size and plenty of cookware, etc. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Great location, quiet. Handy to the markets. Would stay here again.
Everything was clean and comfortable and as described (or better). Our hosts were very kind and helped accommodate some of our tricky travel needs.
Location is also great - Manly is a neat small town, and the house is a couple of blocks away from the train station.
Overall outstanding VRBO experience.
Property was beautiful. Very comfortable for 4 of us.
Location convenient to walk to grocery store, cafes etc and marina.
Wish we had more than 1 night here
Our stay here was perfect. Plenty of space, well appointed and all our needs were met. The owners were very friendly and eager to assist if needed.
The location was central to transport and the local shops and cafes.
The walks along the boardwalk just down the road allowed us plenty of exercise.
My partner and I really enjoyed our time at this property. Amanda and family could not have been more helpful. The property is in a fabulous location and enjoys some sea views and a lovely cooling breeze through the two outdoor areas. Beautifully appointed house with excellent facilities.
We know the area, having stayed nearby previously. On south side of Brisbane-City access is easy
Federation style -1910 period, renovated with modern amenities. Close to shopping/eating places. Within driving distance of major supermarkets etc.We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.
We had a sporting event at Chandler (Brisbane Aquatic Centre) and found it very easy to get to and from. House was lovely and would stay again. Would recommend
The house is nicely appointed. Clean and comfortable. It's an older home in a quiet neighborhood with quaint charm. Owners are very responsive. Close to the water and shops. Great cafes and taverns nearby. We had a lovely week.
Lovely old Queenslander in a perfect location, a short walking distance from the town centre, markets and waterfront. Loved sitting on the verandahs having a cup of tea or breakfast, or watching the rain fall, and listening to the wild birds or chickens below. Easy drive to the Brisbane Aquatic Centre, where my daughter was competing.
Great position and a lovely stroll into the bay. I really appreciated that all the basic supplies were taken care of for kitchen/ bathroom/ laundry- the perfect home away from home!
Recently spent a four week very enjoyable holiday on a return visit.
The property has plenty of space, good beds, and is in a great location. Public transport - both train station and bus stops are close -by: we made extensive use of our Seniors GoCard! It is a short walk to the Manly Village with great choice of cafes and restaurants and other bayside attractions. Can highly recommend.
Charming spacious Queenslander. Walking distance to Manly cafes, restaurants, shops, Waterfront walks and the sea and boats. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay.
Hosts were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks again to you both.🤗
Amanda and Luke were fantastic hosts. We stayed with them for a month to relocate from overseas and the property was ideal for that purpose. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with settling in. The ease off communication was top notch and we even enjoyed a beer together on the relaxing deck to chat about life and the local area. I have no hesitation in recommending the property to anyone. An all round lovely place to stay and convenient to everything the Manly area has to offer :)
This is the spacious upper apartment in a classic Queensland house that has been lovingly and skilfully maintained and renovated. Nothing is missing. Due to the central location, the street is sometimes a bit noisy and since the landlady's family lives downstairs, it is sometimes a bit busy. Check in and contact with her was uncomplicated (which we really appreciate) and very friendly. All in all, however, everything is very good and recommendable.
