Comprising of one bedroom and one full bathroom, two to four people can be accommodated in comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for southern home cooking.... away from home!

Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah just off of Forsyth Park. All of the food, shopping, and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try.

Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will tour you around all of Historic Downtown.

Cozy and close to everything

Great clean cozy spot to pause our day of driving. This was close to everything and a beautiful walk to many cute shops and a delicious coffee spot

Fantastic location for The Mansion/Forsyth Park events

We loved the size of the place, the bar stool style kitchen table, the wonderful old wood window seats in the front, and the location as well as the backyard courtyard but a few things were a little off: the check-in instructions were out of date, the hot/cold water taps were backwards and cold water was not possible to get from the kitchen taps at all, there were only 2 mugs, and no extra blanket showed up when requested. The small couch does fold down to a bed and has a trundle pull out, but neither are long enough for an over a 5’3” person. Lots of sheets and towels were provided so that was nice. The high ceilings, the architecture and the location were marvelous. We had a wonderful stay, just the two of us.

Fun for a party of three!

Great property for a small family visit to nearby SCAD. Clean, beautifully decorated home with all needed amenities for a quick visit. Short walk to grocery or SCAD. Property management is fantastic. Loved our stay!!
