We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. We are also a local business.
What to expect when booking: Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Integrated software partners are trusted and approved by VRBO and all Expedia Group affiliate booking sites.

Why they chose this property

I chose Savannah because of the big city feel of the events and tourist traffic combined with a small town sense of knowing people everywhere I go. I love the beauty of the relatively tiny one-square mile walkable downtown Historic District area. I love the familiarity of everything here combined with the constant influx of new energy from the college and the visitors from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

I have never seen anything quite like this Historic District cottage compound! What a great opportunity to help me meet the housing needs for the 12 million tourists + executive housing phone calls I get daily. And since I used to live on the same block I knew first hand this was a great location. I get calls every day from people who do not need a lot of space and want convenient lodging in the Historic District with a low price. This is it!
