The cutest little place to stay in Savannah! Everything was within walking distance, about 10 min walk to food/drinks/ice cream. The place was very clean and taken care of and had everything we needed. Would recommend for a quick little vacay with your partner!
This property was in a great location. We were able to easily walk to all sections of the historic district and to River Street. Very affordable for being so close to the action.
Location was great, room for just what we needed. We'd go out for several hours, return for 1 or 2 hrs, then head out again until evening. Awesome weather--used heat and a/c--warm days and cool nights. Nice having a laundry room. Only drawback was the street light at the front side of house--extremely bright and blinds not adequate to keep out light--curtains would've definitely helped--woke up thinking it was abt 8 a.m. to find out it was only 3 a.m. Would definitely stay again but would bring sleep mask next time.
Perfect one stay on my way to Hilton Head. Enjoyed a nice walk around, very accessible and such a lovely neighborhood. Make sure you read the full instructions, I ubered late at night and ended up in the alley. My fault for just using the listing address.
Lovely home! Well maintained, allowed you to get a glimpse of the past and just an overall wonderful place to stay. Mary was a great host, there for our every need. Thank you Mary!
The cabin was perfect for us. We had a great stay.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. We are also a local business. What to expect when booking: Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Integrated software partners are trusted and approved by VRBO and all Expedia Group affiliate booking sites.
Why they chose this property
I chose Savannah because of the big city feel of the events and tourist traffic combined with a small town sense of knowing people everywhere I go. I love the beauty of the relatively tiny one-square mile walkable downtown Historic District area. I love the familiarity of everything here combined with the constant influx of new energy from the college and the visitors from all over the world.
What makes this property unique
I have never seen anything quite like this Historic District cottage compound! What a great opportunity to help me meet the housing needs for the 12 million tourists + executive housing phone calls I get daily. And since I used to live on the same block I knew first hand this was a great location. I get calls every day from people who do not need a lot of space and want convenient lodging in the Historic District with a low price. This is it!
