3-stars-non smoking apartment: 2-rooms for 2-3(2adult+1teenager) People, approx 45 qm, on the 2. floor. South balcony with balcony furniture and a beautiful vista to the Soiernspitze and the Wetterstein-mountains.

Sleeping/living room with couch set, SAT-TV, radio, telephone, double bed and a built-in bed for the 3-rd person. Kitchen with cosy dinette and a modern kitchen line with coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC. Baby bed. Two bicycles (city bikes) are available free of charge.
No Pets. Parking lot at the house.

Our house lies in a quiet and centrally residential area on the edge from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. At few minutes they reach of well developed footpaths, z. B. Partnachklamm and in winter the cross-country ski trails. Only approx 10 walking minutes remotely: Center of the town, railway station, ski- and ice-stadion, Hausberg- und Eckbauer-cable car, tennis courts, indoor- and outdoor swimming pools, summer toboggan run. Rheuma-Kinderklinik and Klinikum Garmisch-Partenkirchen nearby.

We really loved staying in this apartment. It was really clean and cosy and Maria, her family and her neighbours were all extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The bikes, station pick up and guest card were unexpected bonuses.

A lovely, cosy, well-equipped holiday apartment in a quiet area with views of the mountains. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Communication with the hosts was always detailed and Frau Hüber was lovely. There are so many things to do in and around Garmisch-Partenkirchen that we will be back… hopefully with better weather next time!!

Schöne Wohnung und tolle Lage

Urlaub in Bayern

Es war unser erste Urlaub in den Alpen. Die Ferienwohnung hat gehalten, was sie verspricht. Die Vermieter leben mit im Haus, wir haben sie aber kaum bemerkt, also absolu seperate Fewo. Liebgemeinte Tipps von den Vermietern haben wir dankend angenommen. Die Fahrräder konnten wir kostenlos nutzen. Parkplatz war auf dem Grundstücke. Wir haben uns einen 5Tagepass gekauft und diesen mit 58,00 € überzogen. Also immer wieder sehr gern.

Schöne, ruhige Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick auf den Wank und das Wettersteingebirge ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, ua. durch das Reintal auf die Zugspitze. Der Balkon lädt zum ausruhen und verweilen ein. Vielen Dank Familie Huber, für Ihr Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir uns für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünschen! Die Lage der Wohnung bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten - sie liegt fußläufig 5 Minuten von der Sprungschanze und der Eckbauerbahn entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Sommerrodelbahn, das Naturfreibad Kainzenbad, tolle Radwege und die Partnachklamm uvm.
