Nice living room with dining area. 2 free parking on drive way. Great location, 5 mins to Hwy 404, TTC, Go train station bringing you directly to downtown Toronto,30 mins away from Pearson Airport. 10 min walking to Walmart, Shoppers, Food Basic.
Laundry: washer and dryer on site, detergent provided.

• Fire Extinguisher: Located below the kitchen sink.
• Strict no smoking , no Cannabis on entire property
