Great stay

We had such a lovely stay at this property. This place is such a nice, cozy, quaint and quiet. Be sure to check the hours of the vineyard and tasting room to ensure they're open when you're there because it is amazing with a fabulous fire roasted pizzas.

Little cottage on peaceful vineyard

Small room, but comfortable. Served its purpose well. Very peaceful & quaint little vineyard. Feels very secluded even though it’s really not “outside of town”. Great place for a short escape. Would love to come again!

Whenever we travel to Little Elm to visit our daughter we stay at Fortunata. It is not only the most convenient location, but the accommodations are very nice. The only bad thing is that the entrance to the property is not clearly marked and not illuminated at all! It makes fora!

Stay was very nice. Quiet and comfortable setting back off the busy road. The Villas are clean and cozy. Only recommendation would be some lighting on FM2931 by the drive. Very hard to see at night. to find in the dark.

In the middle of two other rooms

Beautiful room however I could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to me, this made it very challenging to rest. Unfortunately, it ruined the experience. Some people don't know how to respect themselves.

Unfortunate stay

The property was a cute villa. However, the issues over shadowed this. The host never sent us instructions for checking in. We had to go into the wine tasting/restaurant to ask for help. The second night, the air conditioning would not allow us to lower the temperature. It either stopped working or was set on a locked auto. We got in late and there was nobody there to assist us.

Location location location...we prefer the gulf coats for it's quiet beaches, and this property hot that out of the park. The manager was very attentive, and all was good.

Wonderful Winery Setting

The villas and surrounding buildings and winery are unexpectedly gorgeous in the North Texas region. It was quiet and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I will say that villa 4 does not have a door to the bathroom so if you are shy about using the restroom you may want to choose another one of the villas.

Great weekend getaway

Excellent spot for a short getaway. The room was small but comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the live music, wine, and pizza available just outside the door, and the owners could not have been kinder or more welcoming. We were a little confused about the check-in process, but it was easily cleared up and we found this to be a great place for a low-stress, low-planning, super relaxing weekend.

We always love coming here! Its a hidden gem! Evening time is the best with the string lights and live music...oh and the wine! Ha! The cottages are clean and it feels like home away from home. Very cozy. The beds are comfy too!

Weekend getaway

It’s hard to believe that this is near a city. We felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere. Our room was very comfortable. We wanted a quiet dinner so we made early reservations, but we could enjoy the music from our villa. The pizza was great, and we enjoyed tasting a variety of wines. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing!!

The bed was soooo comfy! The only thing we'd change was we would have liked a door on the potty. We spent 2 nights & walked out the door to the winery both nights. The wine was delicious & the pizza to die for. They also had live music Sat night & both nights had a good crowd. There was also the cutest little chapel on the property & the friendliest turkeys greeted us in the morning when we walked to our car. My boyfriend loved it here & we'd definitely stay again if we're ever back in the area!
