Farm located in the city of Toledo MG. Located at 120 km from São Paulo mountainous region, 1128m altitude, 9km from the city, 150m from the asphalt, nearby waterfall, cozy town, prainha in the city.
In 2014 we started the construction of our Farm in Toledo MG.
A simple and cozy place, in a mountainous region, with nearby waterfalls and commerce.
It is located in the Rural Zone, in the Estrada do Pinhal Grande km9.
Toledo is a Brazilian municipality of the State of Minas Gerais, in the micro-region of Pouso Alegre. It is located at a latitude 22º44'35 "south and a longitude 46º22'19" west, being at an altitude of 1128 meters. Its population, according to the Demographic Census made by the IBGE in 2010, is 5 761 inhabitants. It has an area of 136,133 km². The population density is 42.32 inhab / km².
The bordering municipalities are Munhoz to the north and northeast, Itapeva to the east, Extrema to the southeast and the Paulistas to Pedra Bela to the southwest and Socorro to the west.
Currently, the city of Toledo has access by paved roads to the Rodão Fernão Dias (BR-381), Extrema (MG), Munhoz (MG) and Pedra Bela (SP).
In 2014 we started the construction of our Farm in Toledo MG.

Obrigada pelo retorno!
Deviso às chuvas nesta semana (O acumulado de chuva em fevereiro de 2020 chegou aos 496,7 mm. A marca é maior do que os 445,5 mm registrados em 1995. A média para o período é de 249,7 mm.).
Tivemos um problema pontual, porém meu marido aguardou a família que chegou com mais de 4h de atraso, devido às chuvas e deu todo o suporte para que chegassem de forma tranquila ate a chácara, apesar da situação adversa. No anúncio consta todas as singularidades e distância ate a cidade de Toledo MG, pena que não observou os detalhes.

Tranquilo e aconchegante
É um ótimo refúgio ao barulho e agitação da cidade. A casa é bem nova, simples, mas não faltou nada.
Os anfitriões são muito educados e simpáticos, e foram muito solícitos em tudo o que precisamos. Pra quem gosta de simplicidade é perfeito.
