Home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full living rooms, large kitchen, fenced yard, a large deck, and stainless steel grill that is perfect for cooking out. Finished garage features 14 pinball machines for you and your fellow guests to enjoy during your stay. Home has HIGH speed wireless internet service 600 Mbps and complimentary YouTubeTV streaming service. Home is located in a community with a neighborhood pool. As you enter the subdivision, you are welcomed by a large stocked fishing pond. For BEST response to questions or concerns about the property, please text the owner during your stay. Home is 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports facility.
The property adjoins an 1800s family cemetery. Its hardly visible from the house or yard unless you are looking for it. If you are a history buff and want to research the "Smith" family, you can find limited information on Google. If you fearful of cemeteries, this is not the house for you.

Spacious, comfortable getaway

We enjoyed this beautiful, spacious home. We spent a week for baseball in the area. Centrally located to most of the fields as well as restaurants and shopping. Perfect place for a.long term stay. Often times houses do not.supply linens but this house was stocked nicely with towels and such. Community pool was very nice as were community members. My boys loved fishing at the pond as well. Recommend this property!

Great stay for baseball trip

We Stayed here for a week for a baseball tournament with another family. 15 minutes to LakePoint for baseball. Close to stores and other activities in the area. The house was comfortable and clean.It fit 9 of us with room to spare. The pool was a quick 6 minute walk or you can drive down. The neighborhood was fantastic! The neighbors were extremely welcoming. The host Brian was quick to respond during the whole stay with any questions we needed answered and the one minor concern that we had was taken care of immediately without hesitation. He was a great host! Would 100% stay here again and hope to do so in the future.

Severed its purpose

The location was great for what we needed. Was asked to use trash and recycling cans but none were in the house. Also house was under reconstruction so it was a little messy. One of the guest had handicap issues so she stayed in the lower lever the entire time.

Great location and nice neighborhood.

The house was very nice. We only had a few issues. The driveway was not big as described. The garage had items in it so you couldn't really use it, plus there is no way you could fit an SUV in either side. Next, there are only 2 tvs in the house which created issues due to have multiple families in the house. Would've been nice to have a tv in a few bedrooms. We were there almost a week and there was no garbage can so we could put the garbage down at the curb or even outside. It was stated to put it in the garage, but by the end of the week it smelled horrible! Overall though, we really enjoyed the stay. The house was nice and neat. Ceiling fans in the rooms except the kitchen. which got VERY hot while we were all cooking. The community pool was nice, just be sure to ask about the key to get in, we weren't aware we needed one.

Very nice house!

My husband and teenage son had a great stay at this house, which they used as a base for a local basketball tournament close to Lake point. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood…recommend!

Perfect for our Large Group

We had a great stay! The owner allowed us to check in early since our baseball game at LakePoint ended a little earlier. The size and space was perfect for our larger group.

Artists attending Booth Art Academy Workshop

The house is only 10 minutes from the Booth Museum and Art Academy. It is clean and in a safe neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Short stay in Cartersville for Gymnastics Regional Competition

Checkin and Checkout was extremely easy. The house was as listed, very clean. Kitchen appliances and utensils were excellent. The bathroom was clean and the rooms we used the beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the Host was excellent, responded very timely.

Lots of room and everything we needed

We stayed for Thanksgiving to be near family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking a nice meal. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space and very clean.

Roomy and comfortable

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well for a group of friends attending a workshop at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a split level so the steeper stairs to the upper level were difficult for one member so I can't recommend it to anyone with difficulty with stairs. Everyone else will love it!

Great for Large Families!

The house is well-stocked with all you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Lots of grocery stores nearby so we were able to cook all our meals. The backyard is not fenced, so we enjoyed hiking through the tree-covered property. Lovely, spacious home; just as advertised!
