Awesome time on Siesta Key

Took my family to the key for spring break. It was our first time in the Sarasota area and we had a great time. iTrip made everything seamless with their excellent communication leading up to our trip and while we were there. The property was just as expected and the location was perfect being the north end of the village. Just a couple minutes walk to great restaurants and a grocery store. The best beach in the area was barely a 10min walk. We will definitely book with iTrip again in the future.

The host had good communication, but there were issues with some of the amenities. Sofas are broken down and very uncomfortable. Sink in Master bath cold water problem and toilet runs chain gets stuck, Guest bath faucets leak. Guest BR TV quit working. Washer and Dryer are making unusually loud noises.

Your on the Doorstep of the village and shopping. Clean and comfortable apartment. I recommend this location for a easy restaurant and bar visiting.

Nice place

The condo was clean and well stocked. The TV worked fine and it has Alexa for music It is an upstairs unit but no elevator. The only draw back is the location. It is next to a Circle K. The teenagers hung out there and were quite noisy until 11pm

So convienient

We really enjoyed our stay. But I will opt for a ground floor unit next time! (we did get a good workout though) The pool was nice, and we were close to everything.

Family vacation

The home is clean and it comfortably sleeps 6 people. Has a nice selection of beach items. The pool is very nice. The location is close to beach and village. You never have to get in car. The price is good compared to others. The only negative would be the location for families. There are a lot of cars that come back and forth in the alley and kids that leave the village bars around 1:00-2:00 in the morning. This could have been because it was 4th of July week but didn’t always feel very comfortable. The owners were very polite and allowed us to check in early.

Siesta key stay

Everything was good except pool . Pool heater continued to run constantly and pool water was VERY warm. Our kids didn’t even want to go in pool which was a big drawback!

Great Location.

Good location. Easy check in and property manager was extremely responsive. We had trouble with tv (Super Bowl) weekend. And they fixed it right away. Great location and everything was within walking distance. Back bedroom was right near alley so quite noisy Kitchen very small but we didn’t use it that much since so many great places to go out and eat. Would recommend.

Spring Break in Siestay Key

We had an amazing vacation with extended family. The weather and beach was beautiful - no red tide. There are many things to do and beaches to visit nearby. A guest book would be nice to share ideas with fellow travelers. The grounds were unsatisfactory - litter around the condo unit and the exterior lighting was pulled out of the ground and laying on its side. Inside the light above the table needed new light bulbs so eating meals was a dim affair. The shade in one of the bathrooms was messed up. The microwave had duct tape up the side and a message posted on masking tape - just sloppy looking. A couple of the bowls and one of the mugs were cracked. The washer and dryer were old - loud and inefficient (multiple cycles to dry towels). The pool area had no shade. There was a dumpster and porta pot (I kid you not) right next to the pool area. We called several times to complain and eventually heard back that it was for construction happening next door. The litter around the area was cleaned up and the dumpster was moved midway through our stay after complaining, but the porta pot was still there. We did not use the pool at all due the poor setup, and I asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The response was that iTrip manages the unit and the HOA manages the grounds. Overall I would not recommend this unit. You can check my vrbo reviews; they are generally positive and this is the only one we've ever stayed at where I wouldn't come back to the same unit.

We are very sorry about the trouble. The HOA was undergoing a roof repair project which is why the porta potty and dumpster was there. The dumpster was supposed to be for roof debris but other units and guests used it for trash. We did reach out to complex manager to report your complaints and it was removed. They have also been around to make improvements on the exterior of the property. The project is now completed and locks have been put on the pool gates. So only owners and guests are permitted to use the pool. We have also gone through the property and fixed/replaced anything that needed to be fixed. We enjoyed our stay at the property. I traveled with my husband, kids, sister and nephew. Location was perfect for us. Walkable distance to everything. While the circle K was conveniently located rite next to us, it did get a bit noisy in the later evenings. We didn’t mind so much but I could see how it could bother others. Responses from host were quick. I would recommend this property to others.
