The house was extensively renovated and modernized in spring 2017.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus am Rande von Conil

Wir haben den Februar in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus hatte eine für uns exzellente Lage. 10 Minuten zum Strand oder zur Steilküste, wo man wunderbar laufen kann. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) benötigt. Wir waren aber wahrscheinlich die ersten Gäste nach dem Winter und es war sehr kalt. Man muss zu dieser Jahreszeit auf alle Fälle den Ofen beheizen. Es hätte auch etwas sauberer sein können. Gardinen im Wohnbereich und Tischsets waren fleckig. Ansonsten war alles top.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten wunderbare 12 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es entspricht den Bildern und hat im Prinzip alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber dadurch auch sehr ruhig und das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar. Da der Sommer schon in Conil angekommen war, konnten wir den tollen Pool ausgiebig nutzen. Der Weg zum Strand war uns wegen der zwei kleinen Kinder und dem ganzen Gepäck zu beschwerlich zu Fuß, daher sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Auch für das Einkaufen ist ein Auto ein Muss - in ca. 9 Minuten Fahrtzeit findet man aber eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nicht so sauber wie erwartet, aber die Verwaltung vor Ort hat auf unsere Bitte hin noch am gleichen Tag jemanden vorbei geschickt. Das Sauberhalten zwischendrin (worum wegen der Ameisen gebeten wird) war etwas schwierig, da wir nur einen alten Besen + Kehrblech für drinnen und draußen hatten - als kleine Anregung fände ich hier einen Staubsauger für die Innenreinigung sehr hilfreich und effektiv. Und das Wasser in den Duschen ist kaum abgeflossen, so dass wir mehrmals eine ziemlich Überschwemmung hatten (aber auch darum will sich die Hausverwaltung kümmern). Alles in allem war es trotz einiger kleiner Ärgernisse ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Schönes Haus, kurze Wege, ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt von allen wichtigen Orten wie Stränden, Supermärkten etc. nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Trotzdem ist es dort aufgrund der Lage in einer Seitenstraße schön ruhig. Das Haus lässt auch sonst keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem im Außenbereich sind Pool, die große Terrasse und der gemauerte Grill echte Highlights.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Ferienhaus ! Küche top ausgerüstet! Äußerst angenehme Umgebung! Pool ist perfekt - war leider bei uns Ende Mai noch etwas zu kühl! Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!!
