About this property

House in Povile is located less than 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . From all of the three apartments You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace/balcony. Micro location is very nice and quiet, excellent for real, deep relaxation although the markets, restaurants etc. are on just few hundreds to 3,5 km away. Parking is free and always available.
Host, known as Ana (orig.Ankica) is a very domestic and warm, nice lady that often surprises guests with home made bread. House is renovated just month ago and each apartment has a unique stile "with soul".

There is a grill in the back yard and it is available to all guests. Also there is a space for leaving some inflatable beach mattresses or similar in the back yard too. All three apartments are equipped with air-condition and flat Tv of the latest generation.

If You decide to stay a little longer than You are on a great place and location from where You can do 1 day excursions like national parks Plitvice Lakes and Brioni, city and Port of Culture 2020Rijeka, "Old Lady" Opatija, Island Krk, etc.

There is a great wellness centre about 4,5 km away. A lot of sports could be practiced in close surrounding (3km- 10 km) like tennis, horse riding, paragliding, bike routs... On the distance of 20 minutes driving to the top of mountains Krmpote, there are powerful spiritual Heavenly Labyrinths for those who likes something "more".

Hi! ... first of all, thank You for giving me a chance to present myself to You :)... I'm Aleksandra, almost 38 years old and I live in Rijeka but I'm come to Povile very often. Originally I'm a lawyer and interior designer at the same time in last 10 years... and still have a lot of other interests like sport, dancing and meditating. Also, I'm the main person for communication in our family business with tourism and renting.
We are present for 12 years in this "story" and we runn it together.
Mum, Ana, is always there, in the lowest part of the house and always on service for some help if needed. Father, Ljubo, drives a van for 8 people and can be available for some transports if agreed in advance. Sister, Alenka, lives in Zagreb and does some logistic when needed.
So, if you will become our dear guest, for sure You will meet mum Ana and us others- maybe ;) .

Why they chose this property

Since we as a family have built this house from the very beginning and sister and I grew up in it, we are all connected with it and have a desire that everyone who comes and become our guest fee warm and welcomed, have a great time and remain nice memories .
The house interior is a nice combination of old and new and it provides a domestic atmosphere. You will never feel like in some usual, cold, typical market- renting place.
The property is less than 100 m from the natural beach so you don't need a car and some whole day plans... You can just stay relaxed whole day. Grill and back terrace are available so You will have enough of space for all needs and interests. Children can also freely play in the backyard.
