Lovely home that worked well for our family of 12. Each family had ample beds, bathrooms, 3 washer and driers . This home is close to everything we wanted to do. Management was wonderful! Will book here again.

Branson vaca with extended family

We did an extended family vacation with 14 people of varying ages. The house was great and was very clean. Kids had fun with smores and the pool. It was close enough to all the fun that that town offered. Great stay!

Wonderful place for large gatherings. We had three families and each had their own floor with every convenience needed. Every bedroom also had its own walk in bathroom. The house was very clean and maintained.

Farley Family Vacation

Great property located just a short distance from town. We enjoyed grilling, swimming in the outdoor pool (indoor pool was TOO COLD), outdoor playground, playing games and spending quality family time together. I would definitely recommend this cozy home as it is perfect for a family getaway! Only suggestion would be adding a few light blankets/throws for snuggling.

Sweet Family Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Nice house in a good location. Easy to get everywhere we needed to be. Property contact was easy to deal with and quick to fix or offer to fix issues that we had. Would definitely consider this place if we return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay in the most beautiful home! We have stayed in many VRBOs across the US and without a doubt, this was our favorite! The home was laid out perfectly for our large family with multiple couples and 6 kiddos. We definitely plan to return often.

Perfect for our large family

We had our annual family vacation here with 9 adults and 2 infants and it was perfect! We loved the beautiful views off the back porch where we had breakfast and coffee every morning, fire pit, cornhole game, LARGE table for family meals, and perfect layout. Master bedroom on the main level was convenient. Two king bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs were just right for our two couples with infants. Our single kids stayed in the basement and the gaming area was fun. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Lovely and roomy

This property is AMAZING and immaculately clean. My family of 11 were all able to spend quality time together playing games and chatting yet we were able to have our own private area to sleep or relax. The house was easy to find, checking in was a breeze, and we were close to all the attractions and shows in Branson. We did a lot of our cooking and found the kitchen very well equipped. The laundry stayed caught up with 3 washers. We will definitely be back. I really hated leaving.

Incredible property, but things to note.

We stayed here with 3 families and it was PERFECT! Each family had their own floor and there were two different common spaces so the adults and kids didn’t have to drive each other crazy. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishes cups and coffee makers! My only “complaints” are minimal. While there were tons of blankets on the beds, but there were no extras around the house for the evenings on the couch. So we had to drag our blankets around up and down the stairs. The kitchen was shockingly well stocked with dishes and cookware, but almost all of the teflon was chipped and that makes me very nervous to cook on. And while there were dozens of knives, I could barely cut strawberries with them. Last, the filtered water did not taste filtered, so we bough cases of water bottles. All of this is really just to prepare anyone who stays here better than we were, but to also say this home is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! Thank you Beth for access to your beautiful home!!
