We are 30 mins from Porto San Giorgio (Blue Flag beach) and also 35 mins from the Sibillini mountains, for those who prefer walking in the countryside. Exclusive use of the gym and of the swimming pool, no one to share it with. If requested use of a barbecue is available, there are crockery and cutlery, as well as glasses, available for breakfast or light lunch. There is no LIVE TV in the room but there is a choice of hundreds and hundreds of DVDs plus many books and games.
