Stay in a beautifully restored historic home in Plaza Midwood, one of Charlotte’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Just minutes from Uptown, the home is a short walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and nightlife. The backyard patio and deck offer a great place to gather with seating and a barbecue grill.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. If you need additional space, the property also includes a separate loft apartment with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom that can be added to your reservation (or booked separately through my other listings).

Nice Quiet neighborhood. Good location in Midwood location. Clean house, comfortable beds and all the basics in the kitchen. Close to restaurant ( if you like BBQ Sweet Lou’s was great) and we walked to the armory stadium for a game.

Enjoyed the location of this cute house. We could walk to several restaurants and the ice cream shop! Was a good starting point for us for going to Carowinds and the US National Whitewater center. Loved the set up of the home, with 2 bedrooms for the kids on one side.

Charming Stay in Charlotte!

I booked this property last minute due to a change in travel plans and I am SO glad I did! The property was extremely charming and it truly felt like a home away from home. I had never stayed in that part of Charlotte before so I was a little nervous, but it felt safe, the street was quiet, and it was just a quick drive to downtown. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I wish it would have been longer than just one night!!
