Why they chose this property

Its walking distance from everything, Supermarket, Beaches, Restaurants, Night Clubs, and much more. At the same time, far enough for some peace an quiet :)

What makes this property unique

One of the great things about this area is the diversity of the different beaches that are in the area 5 Min 2blk away. Playa Negra, the black sand beach. Playa Cocles, a sandy beach popular with surfers. Playa Chiquita offers a more mellow experience. The beach at Punta Uva has been described as one of the world's most beautiful beaches - it is calm and excellent for snorkeling. . Beyond that lay miles of wild coast in the protected Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge, and Cahuita National Park.
