House with pool, a few meters from the beach! Super comfy with fireplace, cable tv, Netflix, wi-fi, full kitchen and nicely appointed rooms. Ideal to enjoy a relaxing moment with all the family and friends. It is also only 12 minutes drive from Beto Carrero World Park.

For the winter, a large and cozy living room with fireplace, Netflix, cable TV and Wi-Fi internet.
For the summer enjoy a large outdoor space with pool and barbecue!

O estado de conservação do imóvel pelas fotos não condiz com o encontrado. Pelas fotos parecia bem melhor. E quando chegamos, a piscina não estava em condições. Além de não estar limpa, o motor estava estragado. Em relação ao motor, foram prestativos e resolveram no dia seguinte pela manhã. Em relação à limpeza, a área externa estava bem a desejar, sendo a gente a passar uma água com sabão no piso.
