Sentimos muito que não tenha apreciado sua estadia em nossa casa. Com relação a piscina sim, tivemos um problema com o motor pouco antes da sua chegada e providenciamos a solução do problema rapidamente.
As fotos do imóvel procuramos deixar sempre bem atualizadas.
Quanto a limpeza do piso você precisou jogar "água com sabão" para limpar a sujeira que seus TRÊS CÃES fizeram e não porque estava sujo quando você chegou. A sujeira que você limpou foi a sujeira que você mesma fez simples assim.
Desejo sorte na sua próxima viagem.( Principalmente aos anfitriões 😎)
