Sugarfoot Home, 2 miles from UF!

Feel right at home in our clean and spacious contemporary place. House sits on a 1/2 acre, partially fenced yard. Fully stocked kitchen and toiletries so you can travel light. Centric and quiet location, minutes away from UF.
You comfortable sleep is provided with 12 inch full size memory foam mattress, soft sheets, and high end covers. Both bathrooms have showers. The bedrooms have ample closet space and master has private bath. The living room is spacious. We love to integrate family fun times with a large comfortable sofa and the coffee table nests four kids stools underneath. We provide table games as well, 65" TV, high speed internet, apple TV with access to Netflix and more. Our kitchen is practical and the island has four chairs to accompany the cooking party. The dining table sits six and opens to the kitchen. House also has a larger front yard on which you can park several cars and trailers. Location - Location, the house is just a short drive to UF, malls, shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Lots of details included to make your stay feel like home.

Great place for World Master Championship

This property was perfect for my week competing at World Master Indoor Championships in Gainesville. The location was exactly halfway between the two venues, the housewas the perfect size for my teammate, my sister, my coach and myself. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean and twe had all the amenities we needed. Elizabeth is a top notch host, would definitely come back.

The owners are amazing..communication is timely. we walked to the UF game from the house. plenty of room for corn hole boards and parking. lots of tables and chairs. renovated and comes equipped with shower supplies, tp and full kitchenware. this was our second stay at the property. will go back again

My husband calls me Sugarfoot….I thought it was so cute! Elizabeth checked in on us throughout our stay. I am a kitchen and bathroom girl; I loved both! The amenities were perfect….my husband is a sports fanatic and would have enjoyed a TV in the bedroom for ESPN….but this is my review! LOL!! Thanks for a great stay!

Gem of a home!

Approach to home is slightly confusing and landscaping could use some work but entry into this home is a pleasant surprise! Feels newly remodeled. Beautiful floors. Lovely layout with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen & decor modern. They thought of the little things- popcorn upon or arrival, Trader Joe's soaps. Comfy slippers when you walk in! Do note, there is no driveway so you're parking in the grass.

In regards to drive way, we believe that by not having pavement or concrete we are being more eco friendly, now we will be adding some stepping steps to help avoid the grass. gator games

Our grand children always call the places we rent for trips the “Gogo gator house” as we are traveling for college games. Our 4 year old grandson told me yesterday that he loved this house and that it didn’t give him bad dreams!! That’s extreme compliment for a kid. The home was cozy but we didn’t have to worry the small kids would break anything because it’s all well made and easy to use. If you travel a lot you know what I mean. Family friendly and cozy!

Convenient house near UF

We brought the grandparents to visit our student at UF for a football weekend. This location is fairly close to campus. The inside of the house has been renovated and amenities are all new. Nice quiet street and large yard. We would definitely stay again!

Gator Game Weekend

We had a nice stay. House was clean. I do think it would be nice to have at least one King size bed in the home for rental. A little more comfortable seating in the family room would be great too. We were a short drive from UF. I did love how the AC really worked well and the house was not hot. That is always important to me.

We have being long time residents of Gainesville. We love the small town feel it provides and all its outdoor activities. We have had such of great experiences while traveling and feeling comfortable in a clean and welcoming spaces is always a plus that we though of providing the same experience for guest visiting our town.

This property is centrally located in the heart of Gainesville while still enjoying the quietness of local neighborhood. The home has being completely remodeled with all the modern amenities that you could find in your own home as well as most hotels. We want to provide all our guest the best local experience while in Gainesville.

What makes this property unique

The house is only 2 miles from main campus and Ben Hill Griffin stadium, 2 blocks from movie theaters, local shops, restaurants, supermarkets. It's also a short drive to UF Shands hospital, Theaters, and Museums. Venture out just a bit and you will discover some of the many unique places Florida has to offer like natural springs, lakes, nature trails, and beautiful coast lines with world class fishing.
