Our brand new guest house (built in 2019)is a spacious one bedroom, one bath with a bunk loft. Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. Located 2 miles from downtown, 10 miles from Folly beach or Sullivan’s island, this tastefully decorated guest house will not disappoint! Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Easy parking in the driveway, steps from the cottage door. The backyard is shared with the main house. This quaint West Ashley neighborhood is seated in between downtown and the trendy shops of Avondale. STR permit #04191

Great location and place!

This charming cottage fit all our needs for a weekend in Charleston! Clean and comfortable and close to downtown. The hosts made sure we had all the amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great accommodations, close to everything

My mom and I spent a week here and it was exactly as we expected. The guest house is a cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Each day when we traveled back to the house we remarked about how convenient it was. The decor in the house was very nice and felt like home. Brooke and Eric were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants and locations to check out. Would stay here again if we come back. Highly recommend!

SC Vacation

Brooke was very helpful from the first booking all the way to the last day of our stay. Cottage was 100% everything that was advertised and very well kept. Easy access and within minutes of the beach and many sightseeing excursions and fabulous eating places. Will definitely recommend this cottage to friends planning a trip to Charleston area.

Quaint Cottage Stay in Charleston

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved the cottage. We were so pleased with the location, comfort, and cleanliness. Brooke was easy to communicate with and even took time to contact us about an item left behind. It was a perfect getaway!

My family and I live in the main house of our Charleston property. If we are not home, you can likely find us at our creek house in Edisto, not too far away. We are a family of six with two kids off at college and two in preschool. We are busy! We love Charleston and Edisto and all they have to offer. Our favorite days are those spent on the water. We would be so happy to host your Charleston or Edisto visit!

Our dogs are two small dachshunds named George and Blue. You may see them around, in Charleston, but we will keep them out of the way while you are here.
