Set on a peaceful rural estate with panoramic views of Berry’s rolling hills and the escarpment beyond, Myava is a standout holiday home built for comfort, style and connection. This spacious, beautifully appointed home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults).

Outside, the plunge pool is the hero, perfectly positioned to soak in the sweeping views. It’s made for long summer days, with a wide timber deck for lounging, relaxing, and watching the sun set over the mountains. You’ll often see cows grazing quietly in the paddocks, adding to the laid-back country charm.

In the cooler months, enjoy the fire pit under the stars or get cosy in the second lounge room (available for bookings from 10 April 2025), complete with a stone fireplace, plush circular lounge and large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or curling up with a glass of red.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area brings everyone together, with natural timber floors, curated artwork and high-end appliances. You’ll find a DeLonghi espresso machine, wine fridge, Bosch dishwasher and five-burner Westinghouse cooktop, ideal for entertaining or relaxed family meals.

While Myava feels like a private sanctuary, it’s just a short drive to the village of Berry, Shoalhaven Heads’ beaches, and the region’s award-winning wineries and restaurants.
