About this property
City Oasis Apartment
New and comfortable single unit of 31sq.m. , with a living and office space, but also a room for servicing and preparing a basic breakfast meal. A beautiful, small and private wc has a separate entrance opposite the apartment, satisfying your basic needs.
Straight from the park you can easily reach 10 minutes on foot but also with a secure bike path to the port of the city and then to the left at the pier, opens the coastal zone with countless cafes, restaurants and taverns, a real oasis for the visitor .
In the opposite direction to the north, you can find yourself in a 10-minute walk to the city's shopping center and the main square and combine your grocery or coffee shopping at the local shops.
