Our building was built new about 2 years ago! Interior designer is amazing and fun. Fully furnished and designed to reflect the funky fun feel of downtown Long Beach!!
4.5 blocks to Ocean Ave., 7 blocks to Pine st. and all the action of downtown. Walking distance to Shoreline Village, a great area for walking around on the water with shops and restaurants!
ONLY 1 mile to the Convention Center and 2.5 miles to the Queen Mary! One minute to all freeways to get anywhere you need!! Get to L.A. in 20 minutes. Disneyland or anywhere else!!!!
2 master suites with large closets and in suite bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Smart TVs in every room!
Across the street from a park and a nice sitting area out front or on the small side yard.

Perfect family stay

Tiffany was amazing throughout the entire vacation; she is very accessible and makes sure things are running efficiently. Pictures do not reflect how amazing this place really is. For our party of 8, it was a very comfortable and clean stay. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place!

Absolutely perfect!

I’ve stayed in many rental properties, this one so far was by far the best. The communication with the owner was above and beyond along with everything else. It was very well kept and clean, all the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated. I also enjoyed that parking is gated being in downtown Long Beach, it had a feel of being extra secure, especially since this was an all girls trip. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Exceeded expectations

We are 5 us Coast Guard guys reuniting for a retirement ceremony of our good friend in Long Beach. Instead of booking hotels we found this house and we have all been so happy we made this choice. Over our four day stay we were surprised again and again by the accommodations and well thought out home and it’s amenities. The soap and towels and smart TVs. The wifi, laundry, kitchen wares were all welcome comforts. Everything was brand new and clean. The parking spot, the neighborhood, and the proximity to everything we needed to be close to made this stay wonderful.

This home is beautiful and in a great location with easy access to anything you need! My family of 5 enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable here. Home owner and property manager were easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this house! We will be staying again when we return to Long Beach!
