The cabin is perfect for relaxing in the mountains! The trees have grown up so the views were a little obstructed but still pretty. Hot tub was perfect after a long day. We loved it there.

The dial in the fridge was turned too far, so the fridge was actually room temp when we arrived. We didn't notice and our good went bad. The host responded quickly and delivered food to our door quickly. The TV in the theater room was not working and he sent someone to repair it the next day. These situations were inconvenient and did impact our trip, but the hosts were excellent.

An absolutely amazing cabin stay! We brought the whole family, and everyone had a great time. The cabin was clean, cozy, and in a beautiful location. The host was great. We will definitely be back! MCV Vacations- Thank you once again for an amazing experience in the smokies.

The cabin was very nice and roomy. My son loved that there was a pool table and arcade game. He also insisted we have a movie night in the theater room. I also was a fan of the fact that it was easy to get to and the road wasnt sketchy. The only "negative" I have is the furniture could use an update. A couple of the couches foot rests didnt work and when we used the theater room, I noticed a couple them were broke as well. Those things didnt affect our stay as a whole but would have been more comfortable if they worked. :)

Glad you had a great time. I will get maintenance to look at the theater chairs. The cord has gotten disconnected already so it is probably a simple fix. I did not know we had an issue with the footrests. We will get this fixed as well. Thank you for bringing it to our attention

Hi Mike,(a,k,a,) MCV vacations, I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent stay from 10/26-10/31. While we appreciated the quiet and the amenities offered, the property unfortunately fell short of our expectations in a few key areas. Specifically, we encountered the following issues of which we made you aware of several. Once we got the correct door code and entered, it was clear the interior was untouched for a period of time, somewhat clean, but could have been better. 2 reclining pieces downstairs did not work. The porches had not been cleaned well. When we went upstairs to theater room, nothing worked. After you had the roku stick replaced ,we attempted to enjoy a movie. You have dvd's there, and no dvd player. We tried to sign into our Netflix account and couldn't. Finally watched Xfinity live shows and found the theater surround sound is not functioning. Upon sitting in the theater seats , the center seat in front has a mechanism problem. With everything working and clean, this is a top dollar cabin! We chose this property based on the description and photos provided, and we were disappointed that the actual experience did not align with what was advertised. I wanted to bring this to your attention directly so it can be addressed for future guests

It had just been replaced about two weeks earlier, so unfortunately it appears it may have been removed by a previous guest. We apologize that this affected your stay. We also sent someone out to take care of the porch cleaning when you brought it to our attention. We were not made aware during your stay of an issue with a theater room chair, or we would have gladly had our maintenance team inspect it during one of their visits. The living room has two working recliners, and our maintenance team will also inspect the two additional recliners you identified. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that these issues affected your experience. Our family at MCV Vacations works hard to address guest concerns promptly and provide a pleasant stay.

Not only was the cabin conveniently located but it was beautiful and fun. We loved the upstairs with the pool table, arcade and theater room! It was fun for the whole family. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!
