Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, convection oven, and wine cooler. Master bedroom has adjustable king California king bed. Master bedroom contains desk supported be WIFI. The other two bedrooms have 2 queen beds with flat screen TV's. The balcony looks over the beach with view of the pool and gorgeous sunsets. Swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. Convenience store located directly across the street along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. Nearby attractions include Clearwater beach, John's Pass, Clearwater beach aquarium (Dolphins Tale 2) Busch Gardens and the Lowry Park Zoo. The Suncoast Beach Trolley travels along Gulf Blvd as an added benefit. The condo has a laundry room on each floor

I love to hear stories of how people enjoyed their stay at the condo. I listen to suggestions. Every year I make improvements. I have a friend who does the cleaning. She is very meticulous and stays in the condo periodically to ensure every think is working correctly and checks out the mattresses.
Why they chose this property
I have been traveling to Florida for many years. We like Redington Shores area. The beaches are safe for kids, the restaurants have great food reasonably priced, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A convenience store is located directly across the streets, eliminating the need to jump in your car if you forgot something
What makes this property unique
This condo has three bedrooms with attached bathrooms making it easy for three couples to enjoy. The master closet is large and allows storage of some beach amenities. Each floor in the complex has a laundry room making it convent to do a quick load. I love to hear the waves hit the beach. This is a distinct advantage of a gulf front unit
