This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
*Please be considerate of our neighbours between the hours of 10pm-8am, otherwise fines may be charged.
*Do not bring bikes, skis, boards and other large equipment into the condo - a locker and storage areas are available in parking garage
*Approval for pets must be obtained prior to booking and there is an addition pet cleaning fee $50 that will be applied to pet stays. Please do not let your pets onto the furniture otherwise there may be an additional charge if we have to remove pet hair from the soft furnishings.
*Bookings are for 2 people only - please inform us at least 1 week prior to arrival if you would like to include a 3rd person as we can accommodate with an additional charge of $75 per night.
*Damaged linens will be charged at $25 a towel and $50 a sheet, please don't use our linens for makeup removal as it does not come out.
*No smoking allowed in the condo, balcony or the premises
